I ordered a torta with carnitas but received chicken without toppings. For my second order it was a chicken quesadilla and it came without cheese. Went there tonight, first time. They not only had awesome food, but staff was very accommodating and friendly. Will definitely return. Just moved here, but it will definitely be my go to place. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered in the drive thru. They weren't busy inside or in the drive thru and my order still took 14+ minutes. Then, what I got - chips and cheese was shredded cheddar (not melted or warmed at all) on stale chips, and the carnitas taco had a sliver of meat and a mound of lettuce with none of the salsa and cheese I requested. This was our first time trying this place and was hoping it was good ..... Well it was DELICIOUS!! We just moved to the area and we're looking for a Good real Mexican restaurant and this place hits home !! The Meat has the right flavors the salsas are perfect and the Mexican drinks are perfect as well!! If your new to the area and come from a place where there's Mexican food everywhere well this is the place !!! I highly recommend and the staff was wonderful and friendly will definitely be back ! Thanks !!!

Watched a cook drop a tortilla , and pick up back up to use it for an order, then proceeded to watch a cashier picker her teeth with her 5 inch nails and then serve people before washing. Felt bad for the doordash driver standing there for 20 minutes waiting for 3 items as a line of cars & inside orders were pushed out. Dont was your money here, Taco Bell would be better. I had an adobada burrito with queso added inside. The meat was great. There was guac, which wasn't listed on the menu or I probably would've ordered something else, but it was good as guacamole goes. The tortillas were the kind I like, but if you prefer thicker, more bread-like flour tortillas, this may not be for you. Good service. Booths and tables could stand to be cleaned more often, but with the nature of a taco shop, it was decent. The restrooms were nice and clean. I'm new to the area, first time at this place. I have questions. I hope the photos show it, but the ground beef was very red in color. It didn't look like a sauce, but more like raw hamburger. Is this normal? I've learned some places serve hamburger at a med-rare as a norm, does Giliberto's do this for their tacos? Undecided if I'll go back.

Food was okay. The marinated chicken is not my favorite. I think it's marinated in red enchilada sauce (or something similar). Next time, I will go with maybe a grilled chicken. My husband loves the ground beef. The flavor is excellent, he states the seasoning is perfect, not over powering and you can still taste the beef.
