New Owners since this year… the food tasted good enough, but the portions are about half the size of what they were. It’s hard to see in the picture… but most of us were barely full when we left. The prices are also higher than before and the pieces of beef were replaced minced meat in the Bibimbap. Probably not going back again 🥲 Price per person kr 200–300
Excellent Korean restaurant in the heart of Malmö! Delicious food, cozy atmosphere, and great service! The plates are really well served and they have a very diverse selection of beers and wine. Totally recommend for a nice evening out!
Unassuming Korean place, with excellent menu, lots of non-meat options and good drinks menu. Competitive prices, not sure why people complain about this. There are way worse restaurants in Malmö with way higher prices.

Don't know if it used to be like this before they changed owners, but was quite disappointed with the food. Banchan were not seasoned, the bulgolgi had little taste and the japchae wasn't edible. Hope they can figure it out because it would be nice to have a Korean restaurant in town. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
Edit 190309: Jeyuk bokkeum was even better this time around, the menu has been updated and now has a bunch of interesting picks. Friends had tofu bibimbap, and were happy with that. Some more banchans and some proper fire chicken-dishes would be super welcome and improve the menu overall. Original review: Had jeyuk bokkeum (really good, 4/5), the fried chicken (2/5, tasted good but had no crunch, sadly. If the glaze was added at the table, or came in a separate container, that could've helped - but the crust would still be lacking. Glaze was a bit too ketchupy, and could use more gochujang) and the kimchi pancake (3/5, good flavour but soft. I prefer them crispy, and with more kimchi pieces). My friend had the bulgogi burger, which he enjoyed. Was a bit disappointed with the lack of banchans that came with what we ordered. We got some wakame salad, sesame marinated bean sprouts and a third I don't remember. No kimchi, no pickled daikon etc. When you order 3 mains + 1 starter it seemed a bit cheap to hold back on some of the best parts of a korean meal. A varied mix of banchans can by itself really up the fun of a dinner. All in all it was a good meal, but with some flaws. I will definitely go back and try more of the menu. Hopefully I can bump the review to 4 stars by the end of it, we need more great korean spots in Malmö (and Sweden in general).
Cozy Korean restaurant by the canal. We had the tofu Bibimbap and the veggie dumplings. I would not say that it was especially delicious but it was ok and I must confess that I’m not a regular eater of Korean food so I’m not an expert. The kimchi was really good as well as the black sesame ice cream. Very friendly and quick service.

I really like the food here, very Korean taste. But if the amount is bigger I will be more satisfied. One share is completely not enough for me. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person kr 100–200 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
Very nice food, fresh, tasty and quite authentic Korean. Went there for dinner, prices are very reasonable for a nice restaurant in Malmö. Definitely going back to try more of their menu.

I love Gerege! I love it so much that everytime I go here I forget to take pictures of the place and the food. The staff is friendly, the decor is cozy. The food is amazing and cheap if you consider what you are getting for it. I will be returning many times to Gerege. It's my go to place and I always have a nice time here.

Limited food options for lunch. The flavours reminds of korean food, but not fully. The saladbuffet included in lunch is more of "banchan" style. The effort is appreciated, but the flavours aren't quite there either. Apart from the flavours not being that authentic, it was okay food.
