We come daily! For the lassi’s, the momo’s, the incredible paratha! Love playing music on the top deck looking over the lake, the owner has a very nice, calm energy, very hospitable, great service, attention to detail, nice clean simple environment. If you’re staying in Pachabhaiya Village for any time you’ll probably swing by Ganesh’s looking for a drink spot with a great view so you’ll stay a while and probably keep coming back daily. The Menu has just expanded a lot and there are a lot of tasty local pancake dishes using millet, corn and buckwheat that are great breakfasts. The coffee (and tea) is great, lassi, dried fruits, chow mean obv) Vibas and Ganesh are friendly and there is a nice atomosphere, a bundle of books on the shelf, chess boards, comfy seating. I like Ganesh and Vibas and their cafe a lot, and it has a lot of potential keep evolving and be great fun place in the future
