Before writing my review had to read other peoples comments but compare to reviews for the past 2years and past few months. The service is now very good, i can see you hired new Employees and they are well trained and very kind. The chicken was fresh, well cooked and juicy. The waitress by the name of Petunia you made me feel like im in a 5 star hotel. Thank you very much Galitos Malelane. Excellent service give u 10/10 with service delivery😘😘😘😘

I had a great first time experience. Our order arrived earlier than expected. Our waitress was super cool, She was on top of her game. And I must say, the "Hot -box" promo is great value for money 😍. My friends and I had a great time 💯

Be worn that when you order at Malelane to check each meal received. Every time there are something wrong with my orders. Also when you wait other clients come to complain about wrong orders and every single time you get the same answer "sorry sir it won't happen again". The shredded chicken burger special, check if you get the correct buns and fillings that is advertised, as they have not gave us the correct buns and fillings. Worst service ever!

Worse service a Galitos restaurant could offer I mean just look at this I've been waiting for over 2 hours for my food After i started to complain The entire shop got up because of their horrible service As you can see in the photo, these people are humgry and have been waiting for hours for their food How can you run a restaurant if you cannot provide Honestly, if the owner sees this review, please step up your game because this is ridiculous All these people nor myself and others will be visiting this restaurant again Disgusting!

I like eating at Galitos but the one from Malelane make me to hate it and I really hate it! every time I order my meat it is not well grilled i find blood and the ice ,I have to throw it away but I paid for it...plz help them to help me 😫😫😥😐

Absolute worst service EVER! I am 5 minutes away from the shop and ordered food for delivery. It took them over an hour to get it delivered to me after I have been told that it will be with me in about 10 minutes.
