This experience was horrible. We ordered a wedding cake and spent about an hour going over what we wanted. We even showed them pictures of what we wanted. We wanted separate cakes that were going to be placed on pullers. We discussed how many flowers we would need for the tops of each cake. We ordered different flavored cakes as well. When we picked up the cake it was stacked as a 4 tier cake. The decoration was not really what we asked for. On top of that the cake crumbled when we cut it, just fell apart. When I tried to talk to the bakery about it I was told too bad I should have returned it and that the cake really didn’t matter as long as I got married. The customer service was awful, they were very rude and didn’t seem to care how upset the bride was. They said it was my fault because I signed the invoice. They are the bakery and they should know what to write on the invoice for the cake that they are making. The pictures below show what we wanted and what we got. We had planned on ordering a birthday cake from them but after the way we were treated we will go somewhere else.

Have you found this hidden gem in Grants Pass? I HAVE !!! I try and share it with everyone I can. The owner and staff always go above and beyond, whether I want 100 cup cakes or just a single cookie or dole whip. That's right I said dole whip... they love disney just like I do and one of my favorite things about Disney is there service and GGs service is second to none. Grants Pass is lucky to have such a fun place for delicious treats. Thanks.

As owner of Epoch Events, a local event coordinating co. in Southern Oregon, I can 100% recommend GG Sugarplums Bakeshop for all your baked good needs! She completely accommodated a large event I was coordinating with custom 'xmas cookie kits', they were the perfect size & a huge hit with the kids -- not to mention, delicious! My event was a huge success in part because of the skills from GG's. Great work and I look forward to working with them again in the future! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Beautiful shop! Best cupcake of my life, no doubt about it! (Peanut Butter Chocolate Cupcake with Reese's Pieces!!) We took my son for his birthday and his cupcake was free, what a pleasant surprise!!

Best Bakery I've ever been too. They have a flavored or treat for everyone. My kiddos are a little on the picky side and always leave happy from here. Great customer service and always fresh

Really nice job on our cake. The sponge was not overly sweet and held up to the strawberry jam filling. Great fondant work on the decorations. It would be nice to be able to see pictures of your cakes in the store instead of scrolling through FB and Instagram.

LOVE this shop. Cupcakes are delicious. They have "normal" cake flavors but with their own spin on them. However, it would be fantastic if you could update your store hours here on Google. I'm sitting outside the shop that said it closed at 1:30, when I was under the impression you close at 3. I drove out from rogue river specifically to pick up a couple cupcakes for my mother-in-law who lives in Brookings and is visiting. Other then that slight miscommunication you guys are amazing!

We drove over 40 minutes to try out the Dole whip which they advertised as a daily special. Well when we got there the door was open the open sign was up and we headed in only to be told they were closed. I had a very upset 5 year old with me. Will not waste the drive time again. Kind of felt like false advertising.

The cupcakes looked great however, they tasted old and like cardboard. The icing was hard and starchy. Ended up throwing the away. Gave them two stars because my dog loved the CBD oil dog treats.
