This is definitely One of the better locations in the Phoenix area. They have fresh produce and fresh vegetables. The customer service is usually mixed due to the fact that you have some older staff and some younger staff working there. But overall they have relatively good customer service. Prices are always marked down and they have a section for reduced price items.
The only reason they get 1 star is because I can't leave a review with no stars. Kevin Glasser refused service to my 51 year old brother because he had a back and did not want to leave it up front out of his sight. My brother offered to let them search his backpack on the way in and out, but was told if he didn't leave the police would be called. He then agreed to speak to the police. No one ever called the police. The security officer after I arrived told a very different story and refused to give me his name. Also when I asked asked for the store managers name I was told Gabe and they were not allowed to give me his last name. My brother and I went back to the store this morning and spoke to the store manager. After telling him the what occurred. He Gabe told us there was no policy to prevent customers from bringing their backpack into the store. [0
IM SO MAD 🤬... ordered my daugters 30th birthday cake 🎂 gave the bakery specific instructions and even a picture from their catalog of what I wanted. The decorator lady even confirmed with me... I go pick up the cake and it's decorated for a 2 year olds birthday party this is the 2nd time they completely DESTROYED the cake. Now I have to give my daughter whose turning 30 a cake for a 2 year old!!🤬😩😩😩
Too overpriced,not enough workers.Prices have almost doubled for most things . Can't understand why. Blame it on covid,but I doubt it .It's called corporate greed.And you may as well shut down half the registers because not even half are used. Make room for more of your corporate greed !
I have never been treated like this before. A manager came up to me and said I didn't need to be in the store that long. I had no clue what she was talking about. I purchased my items at the self checkout and she approached me out of the blue.

I go into this Fry’s to use the restroom. The bathrooms were absolute filthy, no toilet paper and no common decency from the cleaning staff. The last was upset I needed to use the restroom and said I was the absolute last person going in. She also proceeded to get upset with me because o didn’t know what the code was. She asked me why I didn’t know the code by now, assuming I shop at this place regularly and would know that. Customer service does not exist at this location. I will never return.

If you want guaranteed 1 hour wait times to checkout, come here. There will always be no more then 1 person at the cashier. I come here instead of walmart thinking wait times will be better but even walmart on black friday isnt this slow. Edit- This isnt the first time this has happened, this occurred 3 times in a row in the span of a month. The manager is also walking around aware of the problem and doesn't open up another lane.
One line open on a Friday night at 6, half the self checkout light blinking with no employees doing anything about it. Maybe you should pay people well so they will work there...
Starbucks girl there is horrible no customer service and you can visually see her slow down making drinks waited in line for 5 minutes for nothing just left won't return to Fry's no more
The manger was very rude , I didn’t get his name but I was asking how to pay with Kroger app, so I could by antifreeze because my car was over heating instead of helping me he chose to tell me “ people usually do it them selfs and have it ready when they get here “ clearly I’m not most customers I needed help setting it up . But instead he was to worried about closing even tho I was in the store 30 mins before they started closing .. I’m highly upset and will be calling tomorrow to complain
