DO NOT GO HERE ! Purchase gas, go in use the bathroom and buy nothing inside if you must. Vote with your wallet and your vehicle, the quickest way to not reward this store and devalue it to the point where someone competent may purchase it and run it. Today a young woman, a newer employee, was the only one in the store and she decided it was her job to school me and have an attitude and not service my transaction. When I told her 'you don't school me' as this was happening in front of two other customers, she decided to go on AND NOT GET THE POINT. The sort that needs to get the last word. She should not be in that job or any customer service facing position until SHE gets reeducated as to what's expected of her. She is nothing to me but a person who instead of having a pleasant interaction, decided to make her issues my issues. Not my mother, not my wife, no one should be talking to me that way over a worn-down payment terminal that is not my problem. AND WILL NEVER BE A PROBLEM AGAIN. Do not go here. I'm not. I really tried. Or, bury it by just buying gas, going in to use the bathroom and it will wither and be purchased by a company other than Beck Oil. If you want, at any time of day, to go in and wait in line because a decent number of employees are on smoke breaks, pumps (at least 1) that are perpetually broken and trash receptacles that are not available, followed by payment terminals that consistently have problems with any chip card that are put in there and so many rewards programs that there are consistent problems with the payment systems overall (reboots during the day and not for system updates), then, please, go here.
ALWAYS a clean and stocked bathroom, the CRISPEST monster energy drinks in the country, and DAN the dude that works at night is a super nice dude and has perfect conversation etiquette. Give Dan a raise.
This Store in Oregon, Ohio is Always Nice and Clean and Stocked , Bathrooms always maintained!! Food is Fresh!! The Employees are always Friendly and Funny!!
Confusion due to Friendship Rewards, Shell Rewards, and Kroger points not being able stack. I thought I’d be able to use the friendship rewards in tandem with one or the other. Regardless the store was clean and the cashier was helpful
Been stopping to store while here on work for last couple months. Poor customer service. The lady whose job is to make breakfast sandwiches just stands there even though they're out of one or both types.
