I work here, and these mini donuts are the best! I eat a lot of donuts, so I know my stuff. All of the donut glazes are made from scratch, and we serve the mini donuts hot & fresh, for each customer. The iced coffee is mixed fresh daily with only the best ingredients, and has no preservatives... all fresh. We want everyone to have an exceptional experience when we serve them, and offer only the best service & food to our customers. Come give it a try!

Um does it get better than this 🫢 PHENOMENAL I wanted to take a picture for reviews but I inhaled my cinnamon bun mini dozen! So so good and toddler approved 100% the blueberry lemon crisp didn't have the same delicious crunch because of the fruit sauces heaviness but wow. Still was gone before we were home 👍

This is a cute little food truck in the Ace hardware parking lot. Super delicious donuts, made fresh when you order. Iced coffee was tasty. The nicest employees. My children loved the donuts 🍩 so much.

Must try if visiting Fredericksburg! Cute little donut food truck ! Stopped this morning on our way out of Fredericksburg glad we got a chance to try it. Customer service was good super sweet lady and the donuts are hot and fresh they also have lots of different flavors to try.

Delicious! We got the cinnamon roll variety (w/out pecans). Only complaint is they could have had more glaze, like the menu board picture showed. We’ll be back to try some other flavors!

We all know Fredericksburg has a ton of great breakfast places, but DO NOT miss this amazing donut food truck. It’s not just that they have great flavor combos (we had blueberry lemon and cinnamon and sugar)...but they are cooked perfectly. Light fluffy with a slight crisp...not heavy or greasy at all. Do not sleep on this one!

A definite must for a sweet breakfast treat! The lemon blueberry donuts are delicious-they make they’re own glazes and you can tell. The donuts themselves are hard to explain, but trust me when I say they are so, so good. They make a tasty sweet cream-cold brew as well, that even my non-coffee drinking husband had to get a cup! We will definitely be back!

Fredericksburg has so many things to offer and this is an AMAZING one! These donuts are so light and fluffy and flavorful. They quite literally melt in your mouth. We will definitely be stopping here more often!

There are a few must do when visiting Fredericksburg: enchanted rock, wineries and Fredericksburg mini donut company. In our third visit the donuts are better than ever. Mini bites of heaven crispy on the outside, warm and soft on the inside. The owner is always kind and courteous. Too bad this is not in Houston. But wait! They are actually going to be in the rodeo. Find them in the main lobby of NRG.
