Sad when you spend over $8 on a burger where all the stuff they put on it only covers about 1/4 of a burger so uneven, not even worth going there, 1st time in over year going there. I am very disappointed with the service I received today. While I was in the drive through I spoke with Lauren p, she was very rude when I had questions about the cost of my order. I have come through and ordered the same thing many times and the cost was more today then normal. When I tried to asked she very rudely stated that she was taking another order. When she came back to collect my money I asked again about the total and she rudely said "well you get a large drink didn't you?"I feel like it was uncalled for since I was just a little confused. I understand if you are having a bad day but there is no need to be rude when asked a question calmly. Food: 5

We are here on December 18, 2023 @ 6:20pm, and every employee has been fabulous!! Hannah is the name on our receipt for the person that took our order and she was so sweet and helpful, and the guy calling out the orders and giving the food was so nice!! Thank you! First time. Really liked the burgers. I'd recommend for best results eat the Chilli cheese fries there. They do get soft quickly on the fries but really good stuff! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Delicious flavorful fresh fast food! If you don’t mind a little grease on your fingers you gotta visit Freddie’s. The patty melt and double burger and sidekick French fries were soooo good. Fresh, crispy and the fry sauce takes it to another level. But that’s not it! Shakes are world class and if you love your furry friend, make sure to ask for a FREE “ pup cup”. Yep- and it’s huge! Food was good, but the restaurant was disgustingly dirty. Almost every table was dirty, the floor was sticky and covered in a film. The bathrooms were worse! Plenty of employees standing around and never saw a single one go out to clean the seating areas. Love Freddy’s but will never eat at this location again. Food tasted amazing and service was superb!!! Very clean facilities. They hve excellent customer service. Everyone was friendly and greeted with a smile. I would definitely recommend. Food was hot and fresh and tasted great!

This place was awesome. Had family out from Chicago and the food was just on point. I've lived here a couple years and wish I woulda found the burger gem sooner. Shake was done b4 I could even fill up my drink. Food was done b4 I could find a table to sit at. Loved it so much.
