Great atmosphere, great employees, very upbeat, friendly, and knowledgeable. Came to our table after we received our food to make sure everything was good. Fast service with a smile and accurate order. Employees made us feel extremely welcome instead of a bother, which is a very pleasant surprise nowadays. Highly recommend and will definitely be back. Way to go, crew! 🤗 Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Burger
This was some of the absolute best fast food I've had in a LONG time. The shoe string fries were fresh and delicious, and the chicken tenders were juicy without being soggy and also amazing and the root bear float was fantastic. The drive through took a little bit but it is absolutely worth the wait, the price, this was exactly what I needed before going into my night shift job and I will100% be coming back OFTEN Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Custard
The restaurant is usually dirty and unkempt. The service is sub par usually and the food is definitely not consistent. If they really focused on delivering their food in a quality manner, made sure it was good and looked good, this place would be much better. The potential is there. The service is usually pretty slow. In my opinion, they just throw the burgers together without care. Slap it together and wrap it up. If they could shore these things up, they might be able to rival the chick fila next door. Again, potential is there, but no follow through. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

My daughter went in to order some ice cream and fries with a friend. The Server was very rude and unhelpful, took the order and money, then didn’t give them what they asked for and was just rude through the whole encounter. To the point my daughter broke down in tears when she came out to the car. And then what they gave her tasted awful. That place just needs to go ahead and shut down. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
This Freddy's in Olive Branch, Mississippi has great food and is a great stop when you are about to drive through the Memphis area. The jalapeno burger was excellent! The service is fantastic and friendly, and the restaurant is mostly clean except for the bathrooms. I must have arrived there when they were repainting the bathroom walls, and there were splotches of paint everywhere. Anyway, a great stop. I don't think the paint would be there for more than two hours anyway. Originally ordered tea. Was told there was none. Ordered 3 sodas...all were bad. No flavor all carbonated water. Chili dog was cold and lacked onion as was ordered. All around bummer on dinner from here this eve.
Since I am reviewing specifically on my frozen custard experience (and not the hot food), this review might be a little different than what the other reviewers had to say. Therefore, this takes me on a trip to the small city of Olive Branch, Mississippi where I had the opportunity of trying out "Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers". I am no stranger to Freddy's as I have been to a couple of their locations many years ago. Located directly on Camp Creek Rd., this particular Freddy's is surrounded by a ton of eateries in the area while neighboring an "Abbays" and a "Chick-Fil-A". Parking is fairly easy to find as my visit which was during the evening of Saturday 9/25/2021, there was quite a few empty spaces. However, the inside was quite busy as I witnessed several families all enjoying some good old comfort food. There is also a convenient drive-thru in case you don't wish to exit your vehicle. On the inside, this place was very well-lit, spacious, and quite inviting. It gives you that feeling of being in a nostalgic 1950's diner complete with fire engine red chairs and booths while the floor tiles are black and white. There is also an area where you can buy custard, cakes, and pies to go as well as other condiments including their very own fry sauce and fry seasoning. Finally, there are two public restrooms located at the rear side of the building. Since I was already quite full from eating a big dinner a couple hours prior to coming here, I came here specifically for some frozen custard, a southern staple. I decided to go with a mini size of one of their most popular desserts, a "Signature Turtle Sundae". This sundae consists of fresh & creamy vanilla custard, hot fudge, hot caramel, toasted pecans, & whipped cream. Since this was a fairly easy item to make, my sundae was ready within a couple minutes. Overall, my sundae was above average. What I like about custard vs. ice cream is that the consistency is smoother while the taste is sweeter with heavier use of sugar, eggs, and cream. When you factor in the sweet pecans (for the crunch factor), the hot caramel, and hot fudge, everything pulled together quite effectively. With that said and done, I am giving "Freddy's Frozen Custard" an above average four stars.
This location used to be good but today was not it at all. The food was cold, the service was blah, and it wasn't complete. My Chophouse burger had no mushrooms and it was busting through the cardboard holder. It also looked like someone took a bite out of the bun. I asked for malts and I know I got just ice cream in a cup and I asked her if these were malts and she said they were. They were out of American cheese so I opted for cheddar but all I see is maybe Colby shredded cheese on the burger. Overall it was bad. I won't be going back. Service Take out Meal type Dinner

They were kinda busy, but took our order quickly and the order was ready fast. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. I had 4 combos, but was only able to take pictures of 2. Let me tell you, the food is delicious. We tried the custard, but to us it tasted like ice cream. If you want a delicious burer fast, go here!
