I had a breakfast burrito. Very good, very large. Easily feeds two people. I'll be back for sure. I have only been there once, and it was pretty busy and took about 25 minutes to get my order. Cottage Grove's newest, great food truck! Really good food, made to order and served quickly from some great folks. Serving breakfast and lunch. Awesome breakfast foods, fresh ingredients, and many in house made items like huge English muffins. I had a great omelet, the best I've come across in a while, actually, and some delicious potatoes. I have a few food allergies, and they worked with what I wasn’t able to eat! Their breakfast burrito is absolutely amazing!! Hands down, best food truck in Cottage Grove. The service is the best of anywhere I’ve ever been to be completely honest. So kind and the food is absolutely delicious! They have a bacon crusted French toast that I have never seen anywhere and is a MUST TRY. As well as the vegan biscuits and gravy with gluten free biscuits. Typically, I hate anything gluten free, but they do it right!!! If you have medical reasons you need to eat gluten free, please do yourself a favor and go here! 15/10. The food is all homemade and super tasty. The portions are massive. The staff is super friendly. 12/10 recommend this place for breakfast! We got the huevos rancheros and breakfast burrito and the chorizo was incredible. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First time coming here and it’s a Sunday - they were busy! So the wait was a while, but the kindness of the staff and the eating/waiting area made it go by fast. My family is a mix of vegan/gluten free diets and we were all accommodated with many options! Brought the food back home (about a 15 minute drive) and it was so hot, fresh, and ABSOLUTELY delicious! We found a new favorite spot. Gratitude to the amazing staff and whoever made the wonderful menu. We will be back again and again and again!!! I have to say I am extremely impressed - being vegan means it's super difficult to find food that is edible unless I cook it myself - THE VEGAN BISCUITS AND GRAVY were the BOMB. I couldn't have done better myself. I am going to be craving them until the next time you're open. OMG. THANK you for your 'very much needed' opening in our little town. oooo...wow..super yum salmon omelette hit the spot today. If this food cart was in a larger metropolitan area they would have a huge line. It's one of those places. Excellent quality.
