The food was extremely good, the bag of fries was unbelievable and delicious. We had one issue tho, the music was turned up so high you had to talk pretty loud to be heard over the music. I recommend turning it down a notch so the atmosphere doesn't seem so loud, especially for the elderly. So I'm here today because I haven't tried this place. Well, let's just say it didn't hit the spot. Don't get me wrong, they cooked the patties perfectly, but it lacks flavor. The portions are pretty good. The fries are the best part of the meal with that being said, I will not go back. The hamburgers were delicious, but the fries! The fries are soooo good and they give a lot! When you order a burger, you get to choose what toppings you want at no extra cost. LOST REGULAR HERE!! Food - I think I lost confidence in the food because of the lack of attention to cleanliness with food preparation. Not only do they have their gloves wiping the snot from their noses, but they have the gloves handling mops, doors, trailing along counters…and then use the same gloves to prepare the food. It makes me sick to my stomach. Service - the cashier tonight, Zachary (dark hair, bearded fella, the shorter of the two), was courteous! The blond fella kept wiping his nose with the back of his gloves and then moved toward touching buns and wrappers and handling fries! That’s NOT OKAY! Atmosphere - better! Burger was good. Expensive, but, good. Drinks, were a disaster. After spending 10 bucks to get 4 cokes for the family, the drinks just tasted awful. The management tried to fix it, to no avail. Pros: 100% beef patties, unlimited free burger toppings, fancy Coca-Cola machines that mix and match the drinks for and flavors for you, a bevy of shake flavors, and the absolute best fries of any chain restaurant. Food - the bacon is often cold, tastes olde and not crispy. Service - WASH YOUR HANDS IF YOU’RE GOING FROM MONEY TO FOOD, even if you’re wearing gloves. You can’t expect the gloves to be clean if your hand were not clean before you picked up the gloves. The cashier says, “yes ma’am” to the requests…and doesn’t follow through. Atmosphere - music is TOO LOUD!! Packaging - gosh, please remember that presentation is an integral part of the experience. I definitely prefer the one in Tulsa!
