I love Five Guys food. Specifically, my kids love to go there because of their burgers and the abundance of fries. The workers are very friendly, and the service is fast, just as people want. The food you get at 5 Guy's is pretty consistent from one place to another. If you don't know it's burgers and fries and hot dogs you can look that part up. I almost gave it one or two less stars because of the attitude the lady taking our order had, but maybe she was just having a bad day. Everyone else was friendly and they all did their job. We accidentally only ordered one order if fries, but that was more than enough for 4 people. I normally love Five Guys, but today was an L. Milkshake machine not running (this was the primary reason we came here instead of other fast food joints). Realized I was given the wrong burger when we were already 5 miles down the road. We're on a long road trip trying to make it home so I decided not to fight the traffic back and use up even more time on this pit stop. Very frustrating to get the wrong burger when you pay $8.79 + tax for this one item. Service was ok otherwise, burger was fine but not what I paid for. First time ever step foot in a Five Guy's. Loved everything from the first welcoming hello to the last words by staff thanking me for coming. Food was very good and plenty of it. So I ordered a cheese burger with grilled mushrooms, grilled onions, and green peppers with mustard, mayo, and ketchup. Instead I got a burger with jalapenos, raw onion, and just mayo...I gave it a two star because the fries are on point but that is all that was on point. Five Guys is one of my favorite burger joints but I am not sure if I will be returning(at least to this location, but it is the only one reasonably close.) anytime soon.

Use to be great but has been steadily getting more expensive with no way to eat at a reasonable price. About $20 if you want a burger, fries, and drink which adds up fast for paying for 3 or more people. Last few times there has been just the cup of fries and no extras like there use to be and doesn't seem to fill you up as much either making you hungry again not too far later. Normally a perfect burger place. This one wasn't busy, and they left my bacon off my bunless bacon cheeseburger 😐 It was a to go order so I didnt know until I was back on the road...The meet was good as usual. And the fries were also good. Slow on the service. I was the only customer at it was 6:30 pm.
