This is my new favorite (not fast food or restaurant) burger place to go. The staff is super friendly and generous with the fries. I love the burgers. Great quality, juicy, and well done just the way I like it. My vice here are the fries. Fresh, crispy, tasty, not too salty, and a plethora full. I got the regular fries for my gf and me and couldn't eat more than half. They load you up, and I was snacking on fries the rest of the afternoon. Even cold, they tasted ok. They just had an upgrade and reopened with minor changes. They did get new soda machines and still the same delicious melt in your mouth hamburgers made to order. Fries are so generous that they come thrown in the bag as well as your order amount all sizes of fries are made for two. They have sauce they have Cajun seasoning that you could add to it. Also there are items that can be grilled and added to your burger for no extra charge. Believe it or not, again. I've never had five guys before. This is my first time trying them. If you never been before. You walk up order what burger or Hotdog you want and then you tell them what you want on it. For example, I order the bacon Cheeseburger and I added lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, & mustard on mine. Great Taste. One thing you got to try is the cajun fries, better then the original fries and while you wait for your food, you can grab some peanuts to eat. One day I'll definitely be back. Absolutely terrible customer service. This is the first time I’ve ever had a problem with them taking care of a gluten allergy. They had scraped off the buns off of both of our burgers and made both of us sick. JJ, the manager, decided that he would argue with me rather than take responsibility. He said I am sure I spoke in Spanish to her properly to make sure she did it right and I don’t think she could’ve done it wrong. Still a great burger! Fresh tasting buns, fresh veggies (the pickles are the best), meat grilled properly for the style. There are few places where you can get rough cut, skin on fries. On top of that, they are cooked right. Cajun seasoning on the side for sprinkling on the fries AND the patty. Not going to say it’s the best burger ever but, it’s a dang good one.

We finally tried the bacon cheese dog. OMG! Dont waste your time, and definitely don't waste your money. Pics will tell it all. Forget where's Waldo. Where's the cheese on this $8.00 flavorless mess! Bacon being the first word in the name would make a normal person believe its loaded with bacon. Nope! The split open dog wasn't even grilled to maybe add a little flavor. Sooo good. The only disappointment and kinda false advertising...I went in for lunch and there was like 3 guys and 4 girls....5guys were not in the building... but the fries....THE BEST PERIODT. Well the staff was friendly, but he didn’t listen to me when I said I wanted a double patty cheeseburger. And theystill charged me for a bacon double cheeseburger. The patties are gray, and have no flavor. This is my first time trying five guys. I’m not sure if it’s just this store or all five guys but they need to have better meat quality. I took some pics of the burger and my iPhone made it look more appealing then it actually looks. Won’t be back.
