The food is fresh and good and the counter staff was very friendly and patient with us while we figured out what to order. For 2 single patty hamburgers, 1 regular fry and a small drink we paid $29.22! FOR FASTFOOD BURGERS! The price was not the only disappointment: We were asked to TIP (via the payment screen), yet there was NO table service. This costumer was very uncomfortable and I'm sure the staff was disappointed when they saw no tip. We won't be back though the food was great. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I absolutely love this place! They have amazing selection, from delicious burgers to good shakes and mouthwatering fries. The workers are always amazing. They have set up guidelines to make sure everyone is safe. They have pick up and online ordering. 1000000/10

First time at five guys in this location. We have been once before back home. Staff was friendly and the place was busy. You could tell they were slammed because the place was a little dirty, tables not wiped down, etc. Ordered the lettuce wrap bacon cheeseburger which was good. Extremely messy but good. Lady who helped recommended I add some Cajun seasoning to it. I did and it was nice! Fries were a little greasy according to my kids. Worth the price of the name on the sign? Probably not, but hey it was decent food so we could continue on our journey.

Bad experience. Maybe they were having a bad day but I paid over $40 for two burgers, fries and drinks. Ouch! The burgers were too salty as well as the fries. Really salty. The best part of the meal was the parched peanuts. I hope this was an exception rather than the rule but I would recommend telling the staff to hold the salt. Update: Now they're putting the large fries in a small bag with less fries. Absolutely pathetic. When I pay $8 for a large fry - I expect that big scoop at the bottom that I pay for. For some reason, every time this one manager is working... I never get that scoop of fries. I'm not paying $8 for a cup of fries. This issue needs to be corrected. It's not up to you to adjust the portion sizes based on the customer ordering. You do not know if I'm eating this over 3 days or buying food from somewhere else to feed my family with these fries. If people pay for an $8 large fry they are paying for that scoop of fries on the bottom of the bag. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I love 5 Guys. Big burgers, lots of fries, and great service. This one located close to a lot a stores and the main highway. So go before or after shopping, or do a quick stop. Either way, this is prime location in my opinion.

Great place, not as good as other Five Guys but still one of the best places to eat around. Clean bathrooms, lots of fries, free peanuts, and great burgers.
