I dont have the energy and time to tell every bad experience about this place. But here is what happened today.
Just imagine A piece of paper inside my sandwich chicken avocado sandwich WOW so yummy. that I ordered on April 11 around 8:30 pm.
( see picture)
2- Floor and tables always “ALWAYS” dirty and filthy
What happened to food safety?
What happened to sanitizing and keeping the place safe?
Haven’t you learned anything from COVID?
Management needs to do some action regarding this place. Or just close it before you get anyone sick badly.
I know for fact that i will feel sick just remembering my experience at this place.
Peoples live should be treated with care. Especially when it comes with handling food.
Get it together !!!!!
the girl at the register (blonde) was very rude. dec 1 (friday 3pm), she made me uncomfortable. do you guys train your cashiers to flirt with customers and make them feel weird? i get my food from there all the time and this was a terrible experience. tell her to stop checking people out and check her teeth stains instead, ty

Used to have actual chicken tenders, now serves chicken nuggets when you order tenders. They are worse than frozen ones from whatever grocery store you go to. They were soggy and the fries had more salt than potatoes. The soda fountain had almost every drink with more water than syrup making it taste like a splash of the drink was added to mostly flat water.
The photo is what you get for 7 dollars. McDonald's is honestly probably healthier than this place.
The food was actually terrible.

Having lived on campus for 4 years, we used to visit this establishment (not the same specific one, but the one it replaced) prior to the pandemic because they had good, consistent food. But after we moved back when the school was 50% in person, we found the previous one was replaced with the current establishment, which was exciting. I excitedly decided to pay a visit and order a few items to see what they are about. I rode my bike to my apartment with excitement just to find out…
The food is mediocre at best. I had ordered a panini, regular fries and their Greek fries. The panini was arguably the worst panini I have ever had (and I say it as someone who loves paninis!). All the ingredients were in the middle and the sides of it were empty. I did not pay to eat air! It also didn’t taste good. The fries were just okay, not more. The Greek fries (fries with sour cream, meat, cheese and a few other things) were good, but just good; nothing more.
I don’t get how the food can be so mediocre. This is supposed to be the hot, new establishment on campus to generate some excitement for those that get food. But this is just my personal opinion; you may think differently. Give it a shot; you may like it. Definitely try the Greek fries; they’re good.

I’m so disappointed. I went into Fitbites and ordered a pressed pita April 26 around 5:00pm through Grubhub. I was waiting for my order to be ready and once it was called out, i walked up to the counter. I had to wait by the counter for my order for at least 5 minutes because the workers were playing around. The girl working, would call out several order numbers and just walk away to talk to the other workers. I then saw the workers take these orange stickers and began sticking them on eachother’s back repeatedly. I was STILL waiting for them to give me my order. I also noticed the workers at Fitbites do not wear hair nets or gloves? That’s kind of gross.
Once i gave the girl my order number, she did not say one word to me. Not happy with the customer service. I enjoy eating here, but not today. It seemed as if Fitbites was a playground being run by not just college students, but little kids.
I get that food does not always taste the best here, but half of my pita was burnt, and my fry portion was extremely small. There should be at least one supervisor or manager who genuinely knows how to run a restaurant to keep protocol consistent. This would benefit not just Fitbites themselves, but for their customers. Personally, this experience has grossed me out and will emphasize that to my peers.
