Most pathetic service ever. Had to insist on a refund after they have not started our order after an hour. This was not the first time but the very last.

Used to buy before and it was yummy but tried it recently & was extremely dissapointed. The food is fit to be served to animals honestly, the fush was crumbed & flavourless. The onion rings were so oily & gave us upset tummies. I rate it 0. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person R 50–100

This is the 3rd time it happend to me. There chips is old and cold. The salad was wilted. The fish oily. Just not up to paar. Lastweek i thought id give them one more shot. While i was waiting to place my order the lady that was cooking the food took her mask off and coughed all over the food. I was so disgusted i will never order there again. How many times before this has it happened. So disappointed

There is no problem with fishaways food but the delivery! Yesterday we 1st placed an order via the app. App did not work. That is ok because this happens. Phoned and placed our order. Staff were frendly. Was informed it will take about an hour. The order was placed 1820. Phoned again ≈ 2020. Spoke to the manager. She was friendly. Had problems finding our order on the system. Requested the order be canceled because why must I pay for cold food. This is not the first time this happened. Well, will not order again from fishaways Secunda. Oh, if you as owner of this fishaways want to cantact me, don’t bother. I expect your excuse will be as tastless as cold fishaways.

Absolutely terrible. The staff there are the worst, look the police did not drop you there and a judge did not sentence you to work there. The order was wrong, the price for what you get is not worth it. And to put the cherry on top the family got ill. Great stuff aint it, never buying here again.
