Went there for some baked goods and they literally had nothing. No fresh burger rolls. The thing behind the counter said I had to preorder those. No pies, no cakes or cupcakes, not even any packaged burger rolls or anything. They did have about 100 hard rolls. Guess that's all they sell. Probably were shipped in. Won't be returning to this pretend bakery. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My grandson and I visited Fillis in claverack today, after hearing such great things about this place.....The entire experience was awesome! They have the best sandwiches in the area....their bakery goods remind me of the bakeries 50 years ago. Soooo fresh!!!! And they have fresh meats...all at a very reasonable price...thank you Lisa and her co worker....will spread the word....and will be back soon!!!

We LOVE getting our SUBS from the Valatie location but we were heading out of town for vacation and decided to order online and pick up at Clavrick location as it was in the way. I selected the SIGNATURE SUBS tab and ordered three subs made a few notes and ordered one WRAP off theCold SANDWICH tab. We go to pick up and they were ALL sandwiches on hard rolls and one wrap! 🤬 We were told they didn’t know what they were you had to specify! Why when I ordered off the SIGNATURE SUB tab. They also had my number and could have called me to clarify. It may seem silly to complain about something so small but we prefer the subs over hard rolls.

I had a suspicion that my order was going to be wrong when the woman who took it refused to put her phone down when I told her what I wanted. The order was wrong. Worst service ever.
