I don't why I keep giving this place a second chance. We went through the drive through tonight and were thoroughly disappointed. There was a tiny sprinkling of cheese on the cheddar tots that was cooked so long that it was rock solid and you could barely even pry the tots apart. The crisp tacos had maybe a sparse tablespoon of meat on them with the rest of the taco filled with very wilted lettuce. The nacho cheese was cold. Ordered fry sauce, got no fry sauce. Ordered ranch, got no ranch. Didn't get a receipt. And the fork we were given was stuck to the bottom of the bag by lord knows what. This will be the last time. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I love this location, they get super busy at lunch rush and of course that takes a little longer. But I enjoy the food, and the staff is nice. I love their crisp bean burritos for $0.99. Their cheese tots and chips and salsa are great too! Their hard tacos are very delicious too! I also recommend their hot sauce to anyone, it is my absolute favorite and only hot sauce I eat! Waiting half an hour for a family nacho, crisp meat, crisp bean, and crisp taco is absolutely ridiculous. They had more then enough staff to get orders out, yet it took half an hour. And we didn't get a crisp taco. When I asked for my order to be takeout ( which I had already mentioned when grabbing my first order ) I was met with a scoff and attitude. If you want FAST food, this is not the place to go. Sad how far downhill these guys have gone. They used to be able to half half the staff, but half the wait. A big disappointment: menu boards were not on, no ice in soda machine, no liners in garbage cans, messed up our order. Problem with knowing the difference between tots and fries. They weren't even busy. At least the place was clean. Why is there a pool table in a taco place? Fries were under cooked, burritos undercooked. I used to like going there. I would rather eat dog shxt.. this is my second time going here, first time was awful so I tried ordering a chicken taco only to get my order and it was a beef taco. I went back through the drive through and said hey my taco was supposed to be chicken.. only to be told sorry, you have to order two tacos for them to be chicken even though she told me at the speaker, "one chicken taco". They're beef taste like over salted wet dog food. I'm never going here again. Truly awful experience

We went through the drive-through. My husband ordered a chimichanga and asked for melted cheese on it. They told him they could put red sauce and cheese on it. He said no, he didn't want red sauce, just cheese. When we got our food, his chimi had red sauce on it. He took it inside to get his money back, and they said next time he should make sure they knew he didn't want red sauce on it. Not to worry as there won't be a next time. Food: 2 Service: 2
