Most incredible food I have had in my lifetime, period. I hire Chef Jack now for any meal where we want a *really* special treat. Just last night for my husband’s birthday he made us a 6 course meal that completely knocked our socks off, including hamachi grapefruit sashimi, two types of bao buns, tea smoked broth with clams, and a moscato poached peach tart that was the absolute best dessert I’ve ever had. Chef Jack takes great care to understand your preferences, and gives masterful attention to every detail. Just hire him and tell him to have fun with the menu, you won’t regret it!
