This place is a SCAM!!! They are falsely advertising, there is no quad biking or petting zoo or any of the activities they advertise. The spa is a run down building with Monkeys living in it and the accommodation is absolute trash. Please don’t book here. The owner is a scammer, we booked a game drive and when we were ready to go No One was even awake. The owner won’t even reimburse us for the extra night because we are having a horrible time and so are our kids and just want to go home.
Please don’t spend your money here you will regret it.!!!!
Ezingweni Safari Lodge And Day Bush Spa
Is the place tongo of you want to get out of the city and just relax. Massages and outside bush golf with quad bikking. What more to ask for with the beautiful wild life and a outdoor bath jacuzzi to relax in and enjoy an relaxing time in the bush veld with wild life all around you and friendly staff members.

Then the worst of it all: my Husband booked a couples spa package (R1700 for an hour package!) then we're informed after we asked - that the Spa had flooded and they will massage us in the conference room, first we understand, because it was raining this whole week, but NO, the Spa flooded LAST Year December apparently! We get it, things happens, BUT the least she (the owner) could have done when my husband booked in January, is informed him and given him the choice if he still wants to book even though the Spa had flooded, and the Spa was the main reason he booked there (if you look at the photos) and he informed Monica this as well when he booked and that its our first anni, he wants to make it special. But no, nothing was said ahead of time. Then lastly, to our surprise, the same lady that is the receptionist, and cleans the rooms is also the massage therapist and there is only ONE therapist, so we need to massaged one by one.
Understandably, we wanted our money back, we did not want to stay night 2, and did not want the "spa package". After some discussions, she refused to refund us for night two, but refunded us for the spa atleast.
But my Overall view, horrible service there are 3/4 staff, the owners did not bother to show up, there are no game. It was false advertising, and they are lying to possible clients to get business. It's very Sad, you can see, they place has potential, but no money or efforts are being put into it. I understand after covid, its tough out there, but don't con clients into booking your place!
Currently sitting witout hot water so the jacuzzi is useless. Nobody is picking up any phones. Service at restaurant is terrible. Had to ask for cutlery after ordering a plate of meat for R350.00 that consisted mostly out of chicken. Not impressed. Had to stand up and go look at the menu on the board. No menu presented. Very unprofessional. Will not recommend or come again
