The atmosphere and ambience were nice and comfortable, the service was good, all the staffs were so kind and welcoming. The food took some time to arrive around 20 mins. We love every dish we ordered here all of them served hot and delicious. Portion of food was big and more than expected. Overall, love the foods and definitely will cone again. Truly recommend this for everyone!

I can to the restaurant with my family for dinner but we receive bad customer service.
Customer Service
1. We were ask to change the table due to misunderstanding of your staff. Almost 3 time to change the table. The reason stated" This table already sitted by someone else. Quite dissapointed.
2. Unfriendly cafe crew. Kami datang bukan during pick hour around 8.15 pm (Friday) but facial experession and intonation show to us very bad. You should take some action or else you will receive bad ratting.
3. Bad response. Before this, i already dm in ig but not been accepted yet and i decided to make a google review.

1. Portion is big but the taste just so and so. No wow factor at all.
2. Please less the sweetness of your drink. To sweet combine with salty food is not suitable.

Ordered You Butter Milk It (buttermilk pasta with fried squid) & Grill Chicken Chop. Buttermilk pasta is so good & big portion, fried squid taste fresh & coating flour is delicious (highly recommended). Grill chicken served with black pepper sauce is also good & not spicy. I'm happy eating here & will definitely come back again. ☺️

I came across this restaurant accidentally yesterday, when i passed by. Then i read reviews on google. The gigantic squids made me drooled. I can't resist! Then i ordered through their delivery website. It arrived earlier than what i have expected. Worth the money and it tastes good too. And the mac n cheese has spicy kick on it. Love them both. Thanks

Overrated and overhype. I wouldn't recommend. Here's why.
1. Menu through QRcode, other than it took away the first impression of experience here bcs using customer resources (phone, internet data). The code not really order through ur phone and only menu. You have to walk all the way to cashier to finalize order and payment. It doesn't make sense and the instructions are not clear. I hate the ordering experience here. I'm young adult and I still find it hard, imagine if coming here in big group or adults.
2. Not so generous portion compare with the price they offer. Look at the size of drummet, the same size as my pinky!
3. Spoon provided for drinks not suitable, short spoon for tall cup? Really?
4. Service just aren't the best, Had to called them few times due to forgot the cheese dipping, straw, instructions unclear. It was frustrated as the restaurant not even packed and staffs even slacking off.
The good part of our experience here was the food taste good, fries perfectly fried, our korean sauce taste very nice. Kudos to kitchen staffs. Hand washing station provide non diluted hand soap which I appreciate. But with bill total up Rm60 for 2, I don't feel it's worth it.
Maybe the business quickly expand the business without acknowledge that these little things matter and giving major impression for customers.

No reservations needed. Just walk in. If you happen to come during weekends it's going to be a looooooooong line. Order your food at the counter and pay, then u can eat. it's better to choose first what to eat first so that u don't have to confuse what u should order this or that etc. This can make the line shorter and faster.
Also, i think the food is extremely overpriced.
Talam penyet was nice. But i said before its overprice. Sabahan chicken wings also over price. U get 7/6 pcs of chicken in small size side with fries its cost rm 15. I think its better serve without the fries, just the chicken. If that, i think its better with that price.
Kids meal cost Rm 10++. 2 3 pcs of chicken nuggets, fries, bit of spegheti carbonara and Vitagen.
50-50 burger was waaay too big, if Gordan Ramsay were here, he might said the same things too.😂

The place is kinda nice, we love how the they put up the lights. It is indeed place for family, kids, etc. Easy to find parking. But the down part is that you need to wait quite long to get the food ready. But they did mentioned to you upfront. Considering I do have some time to kill on that particular day, I just agreed to it. Potentially it was full house on that Sunday since it was a Father's Day after all.
Overall, the food still nice and kinda big portion. The price OK, reasonable. All the crew/staff also very kind and helpful. I don't have much complaints this round. Thanks All. ✌️
