Wow, stumbled upon Evolve and cannot have been more happy! They're catty-corner from Claremont Craft Ales. ALL of their spirits are distilled in house! We started with the Southside and the Espresso Martini and kept going! They have big plans to make a patio and develop their menu as things go on! Staff is super friendly! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
