Hidden treat downstairs next to stair case. The basque cheesecake is incredibly rich. A beautiful quiet spot in a busy neighborhood. Worth searching for. Surrounded by tiny beautiful shops. Live saxophone filtering through the hallway. An oasis
I have been wanting to try this place for about a year. I initially couldn't find the place, but a local helped me. It's basically across the street from the Caliente Casino. I entered through a leather goods store with a banner overhead that stated "Pasaje Revolución". Once I walked through the leather goods store, I went down a stairway and found it. It's a tiny place with only two small tables directly in front of it, but there were more community tables available from other food establishments in the area. This was their grilled cheese sandwich accompanied by a lemonade. I hadn't had a grilled cheese sandwich in over 20 years! But like I stated, I had been wanting to try this place for quite a while. There were plenty of customers. And, I found out why: it was a dang good grilled cheese sandwich!!! Next time I visit, I'm trying the lasagna.

A amazing little oasis of artesian pastries and sweets as well as locally made eatable goodies. Their Gallete de Manzana is amazing and soothing I have never tasted anywhere else. A must visit while in the Revolucion area of TJ, don’t forget to ask what the daily pastry is

muy mal . fui aqui jueves a 1:15pm. solo 1 tipo de galletas y pastel de queso disponible 😒 si los panes no son preparados, no abrir ! los panes de los fotos no fueron disponibles 😒 si vienes, recommiendo q venir mucho mas tarde, como 5pm . quizas mas panes son disponibles . y no dan recetas 😒 una galleta y una parte , de pastel de queso , cobran $200 pesos en total 😒 super mal ‘panaderia’ (same thing in english) I came here recently. It was really bad. They don’t even give you a receipt. A chocolate chip and a cheesecake slice cost me $10. That’s why I asked for a receipt because it seemed ridiculous. Also, the cheesecake was extremely burnt on the top. And the cookie was nothing special, when I came all that was available, was cheesecake and chocolate chip cookies. If these people cannot even have a good selection of bread available, when they open, they should not open till much later in the day.

In my top 3 bakeries (and something more) all time. I strongly recommend you to try any fresh/homemade tart at this place, they are really delicious. Feel free to give it a shot any day of the week, to anything on the menu (you'll not regret it), but remember that so far tarts are only from Thursday to out of stock. The couple that owns the business it's adorable and let you reserve anything (at least tarts) with just a DM in IG.

My sister and I traveled from Bay Area to TJ with this destination in mind. We tried calling but no one would answer the phone. It was a Sunday afternoon and we got there around 1:45pm since it says they open @ 1pm. We arrived and were told to come back at 2pm because they weren’t open. After waiting, we went back and none of the pastries were ready and they were going to take a hour. we were the only ones there, we ended up sharing a cold brew.
