The vibe of this café is nice and the coffee is good. Everything they serve is like all other big chains, too modern and not "home made". Its good but not great. They have choises for vegans and even if I am not one of them I like that they do. This place used to be an old school kind of coffee place with everything cooked and baked fresh. That was a better place. The staff is friendly and service minded but I dont like their system of yelling out peoples orders all across the café. It is annoying and way too LOUD. The place is clean and the outdoors patio is cosy. All in all its 3 stars according to my taste in my opinion. Good but not great. A bit too modern, that's all.

The lady that was serving me today was unpolite and slow, very slow, i got my first drinks after 30min, the other 3 came 10min, 15 later. My tea did not taste like green tea, nor like mango, it was watery and not even full! The Cappuccino was cold. The ice latte macadamea had no trace of macadamea and the 3 ice cubes would not make it "iced", exept the brown colour, the beverage had nothing in common with what one can see on the app/in the store ads. The frapino salted caramel without cramel nor whipped cream. She was on her telephone quite often and chatted with friends instead of making coffe and serving the customers in the long cue. It was not very clean and the overall experience today was not very good. I go to Espresso Eskilstuna very often and never had these problems. I will not come back and i will write a formal complaint to the direction!

I really wasn't expecting this to be as good as it is; I don't even drink coffee but found a selection of really good hot and cold drinks as well as the tastiest vegan lunch options in town (!). The place is a bit loud with its high ceilings and bare walls and the furnishing feels improvised (maybe it is, considering the irregular floor plan). I'd like a coffee place to be cosier but even so this place is definitely recommended. Maybe a bit overpriced, though.
Its nice n stuff but a manager only told us it was 10 mins before closing shortly after we ordered, and she got passive aggressive about us not having finished in time, if she had told us then we wouldve ordered something easier to consume, but other than that stuffs good
I personally prefer small family run coffee shops but as far as franchise coffee shops go Espresso House is one of the better ones.
This one is run from the same location as the old Rogge Bageriet, and they have managed to keep a warm cosy feeling inside. There are nice comfy sofas and chairs, and even bar stool type seating if that's your preference.
Most of the seating has charging outlets. There is free wifi available.
Outdoor seating is available if weather permits. During summer it is nice to sit outside and watch the people going about in the town square.
The coffee is fine and the pastries are delicious.
I recommend using the app if you visit regularly as you always get a 10% discount.
Love the place and coffee for lil hang out but one thing is that the coffee is always cold like it is not that hot according to demand of weather and need 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
