This is a Herbalife front. There is no real food here, the shakes are made from powders and sugars. Nothing about this company is for fitness or health. Herbalife is known to cause health issues such as liver failure. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Yes, they sell delicious Herbalife products a company founded in 1980 and still going strong. The smoothies and teas are awesome. They also offer nonjudgmental exercise classes that are friendly and fun. Organic food snobs will not like this place but personally, I'm more of a Strawberry Shortcake Smoothie with Whipped Cream that is high in protein. We go for the friendly smiles and to make lots of new friends. No, I don't do MLM sales. I just enjoy great products when I am in the mood.

This place is great! They have so many flavors to where you could literally get one a week maybe even two or three and each one can be a different flavor. In addition to their teas and aloe shots, you can get a new combination every. Single. Visit. And it's great. Every visit can be a new experience and everyone is so friendly. Can definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!!

The workers are really nice and it’s a great atmosphere. However, I would NOT say this is nutritious. My view of healthy food and smoothies is whole fruit and not processed syrups and powders. If you want to lose weight and don’t care how, are just getting into health, or want dessert without the guilt then this is for you. But if you are interested in filling your body with natural, whole fruits and veggies I would not recommend this place.
