Bakery in El Dorado. Their bread is alright and their pastries are ok. Parking is available on the road. They have vans that pass around and sell in various areas.

One of the best bakeries in the East to West corridor. In the past there were many options for fresh baked goods but now we are limited. Els has kept their standard, are open most days with very helpful staff. The pastries are delicious. 4 stars only for falling short a little on variety but they always have something I'm feeling for :)

Love how smoothly the bread is, how crunchy the currant rolls are and how much filling the cherry tarts have, however, I totally dislike to buy a piece of cake in a plastic bag, especially when the cake has icing. Went to buy bread today, as usual, and asked if I can buy the whole chocolate cake on display just to be told that I have to pay extra for a box. I have no problem I said, 12 minutes later after back and forth, they told me that they don't have a box to place 6 slices of cake that I can take it in plastic bags! Really? Absolutely disgusting, and out of touch! They really need to step in their service because to buy a whole cake in plastic bags is absolutely outrageous.

Good pastries. At peak hours, the school traffic is very congested. The road becomes a virtual single lane. With the cars parked on the road it can be easy to miss.
