I recently visited this charming Turkish cafe by the roadside in Tivat and was blown away by the exceptional service and delicious food. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. I ordered a bowl of soup and a latte, both of which were expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. The presentation was beautiful, and the portion sizes were just right.
