Lovely little place to eat, mostly populated by locals eating kerbside. Traditional Mexican food - Aztec soup, stuffed potatoes and all the usual fare - tortillas, tacos, etc. Just a sweet and cheap place to eat, really.
Ate in one night then ordered the potatoes to take away on another night and ate at home as part of a larger meal.
No beer sold, fyi.

We stumbled upon this little piece by accident, because our preferred option; mr taco, was closed. Behind wild, yet controlled, plantation, this humbling place, el trompo de Carlo, lay hidden
You could smell it, and see it down the kitchen corridor: this place has got it.
So we sat down, to fair pricings, and took a look at the menu card. The first thing that popped in to our head were the intriguing vegetarian options. So we ordered, and we got what we ordered, and more to it.
Crisp, juicy, creamy, spicy, umami, you name it. Very very nice, definitely we will come back.
