Amazing!! In the area for the day and stumbled upon this food truck. The photos really show how meaty these tacos are but photos do not do justice to the flavour. Definitely need to try these if you’re looking for some delicious tacos. Outdoor seating only. Stopped by for a quick snack out of curiosity, and man was it a good stop. Ordered their tacos, and they were packed with meat and full of flavor, at a nice price as well. Service was fast too. More of a 3.5 stars rating. Birria tacos are loaded with meat and are fair priced but I wish they seasoned a little more better. The consume was not good at all, too watery and not enough flavor. Staff is nice but slow as I waited 5 mins standing there waiting to order when there was no line and not busy. Service Take out Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

What makes a food place extra special is the food and the service, El Toro Loco has both, my favorite dish is the Mucha Lucha Burrito, I love the especial events with new dishes and their Sopes were amazing in that special day! Definitely a must try food joint!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

5 stars for the birria tacos and friendly service. I’m excited for this new option in the neighborhood and will return. Minus one star because it looked like I got the pile of crumbs at the bottom of the chip bag—I had to look at other photos of customers’ food online to be sure this wasn’t some new way of serving chips. I didn’t have a single piece of chip that was larger than a quarter. Also, the chips and guacamole were fine but not as amazing as great chips and guac can be. Really great food if you add a lil salt when you get home! Their pricing is also on the higher side, but they do give decent portions with a ton of meat, trade offs. Love their quesabirria tacos🤤. Two usually fill me up but sometimes I do three. Usually ready in 5-10 minutes. Definitely a must try if you like Mexican food. Very hard to find genuinely good Mexican food in Bellingham. Went for the first time and the food was amazing, one of the best things I have eaten in a while. They have large and small portions available for most items and the prices were appropriate for the quantity and quality of food. I will for sure be going back. Price per person $10–20

Honestly the worst tacos (Carne Asada, El Pastor) I ever had. The meat was just bad, super dry and chewy with a lot of tendons in it. Extremly bad quality. The flavor of both salsa sauces was mediocre but not spicy at all. I was expecting more for 5 dollar a taco. I tossed 1,5 of my 3 tacos. Service Take out Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4
