Our daughter moved up to the area from Illinois, and this restaurant is around the corner. We had just dropped off some stuff, and wanted to grab a bite this morning. They were just opening up around 10:00. We both had coffee, My wife had guacamole and chips for breakfast, I had requested a breakfast sandwich which was not on the menu. A steak Torta, with cheese, and fried eggs. And some browned potatoes on the side. Man was that good! That was equal to about three McDonald's breakfast sandwiches so you're getting more for less. And better taste. Erica was amazing, very engaging and polite, very curious about the sandwich I ordered, they might put it on the menu! And, I would have to add, the bathrooms were spotless. Clean bathrooms equal a sanitary establishment! The hand carved wood accoutrements were very intriguing. The ambiance was perfecto. Overall decent place to eat. I had the big burrito with cheese on top with steak. I thought it was good, but it could use less tomatoes. I also ordered a frozen margarita which was great. One major issue is the waiter never came back to ask if we needed refills or how we were doing. He was friendly when he was taking the order and bringing us our box, but it would've been great to check up to see if we needed a refill. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a Mexican restaurant that offered a whole bass dish, and I must say that it was absolutely delicious. The fish was cooked to perfection, and the seasoning was just right, creating a perfect balance of flavors. Not only was the food delicious, but the atmosphere of the restaurant was also fantastic. The décor was colorful and vibrant, with a friendly and welcoming vibe. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring that our dining experience was enjoyable. The whole bass dish was the highlight of the meal for me, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys seafood. The fish was fresh and flavorful, and the presentation was visually stunning. The side dishes that accompanied the dish were also delicious, complementing the fish perfectly. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with this Mexican restaurant and their whole bass dish. I will definitely be returning in the future to sample more of their menu and enjoy the fantastic atmosphere and service.

This place is pretty decent and so are the prices. The pork Chile verde was pretty good, but the rice didn't have too much flavor. This was our favorite Mexican Restaurant. We walked out today. I have taken groups there for events, family get together and staff outings. Spent a lot of time and money there until today. The waitress was rude. We usually get personal salsas due to sanitary issues. It has never been an issue before. She wanted to charge extra. In the years we have been going there that has never happened. Few extra salsas verses bar , food etc would be an small thing. I said when did that start she said it always has been staff just didn't do their job.she was so rude. We left Service: 1

I didn't want to leave this review. Brought the whole family in for an expensive dinner. Food was good, but the experience was ruined by bad service. It's family owned and operated, some of the girls need to step it up and work as hard as the kitchen staff. She left us high and dry with no drinks or napkins, had to tell the cook. Then she added a 20% gratuity , not the industry standard 18%. I'm not going to waste my hard earned money if you can't treat customers better. Worst experience I had of all the times I've been there. The place was freezing, the chups we got were old, and crushed up, thr tacos we order were so dry, if it was not for the salsa they served I would of sent them back, the likes we got with the tacos looked like they were cut up the day before, no juice all dried up. And the nerve to charge 4.00 per taco. Our server was nice but not attentive, never came to check on us, just took the order, she delivered the order and never saw again until she brought the check. I chose the 3 Tostada dinner w/rice and beans. It was ok, I felt a little bland. We did get complimentary chips and 3 salsas prior to dinner. One basket of complimentary chips per table. I really enjoyed each of the salsas. It took the staff quite along time to stop at our table to even greet us or take a beverage order. It was almost to a point we should leave because I didn’t feel we would ever be waited on. Finally our wait staff did appear to take our food orders. It would be nice to see the staff smile more.
