I’ve been coming here for years, literally watched them grow in all aspects. The food is amazing ! The hospitality is immaculate , the food comes out very quickly. They now have a bar and the drinks are delicious!!!! They don’t discriminate in anyway shape or form . Highly recommend this restaurant! I live about 2 towns over and whenever I’m craving some reasonably priced, quality Colombian cuisine, this is the place I come to. There are several other restaurants in the area but they do not compete AT ALL. I have experienced horrible service from the other restaurants where they treat you differently if you do not speak their language. El Roble is friendly to people of ALL backgrounds and is newly renovated as well as their bar!!! Drinks are delicious!! Food is immaculate!! Service is phenomenal!!
