As someone that lives 20 miles from the border and has gone to Baja California many times, this Baja style food is about as authentic as you are going find dead center in the middle of the country. Delicious and fresh food made from scratch. We had guacamole, salsa, and tacos on hand-made corn tortillas—everything was really good. The barbacoa was especially delicious!
