They gave me a nub that isn’t even shaped like a bagel yet alone the size of one. I went early in the morning so can’t blame it on getting late morning/afternoon scraps either. Poor service, ridiculous to charge $5 for something like this. I have bought kids bagels from other places that are this size for half the price.
1/13/24 addendum: I contacted the company as asked in a reply to this review and they issued me a refund. I appreciated that and changed the review to 4 stars for their quick and honest response.
Only reason I put four stars on food and atmosphere was so I could easily delineate a difference against my rating of their service. The food is good, we all know Einstein Bagels rocks. It's the people here that are so kind and take the time to remember my name and even my order. Very kind and jovial staff.

This shop has been open for as long as I can remember, and for a good reason! The food is great, and the atmosphere is cozy while having an exciting energy. Tons of food options, drinks, and of course their own selection of cream cheese to pick from. They have an espresso bar as well as offering drinks they make for you. I personally like that they have treats you can grab for your dogs.
When I went I was last in a long line, but only waited about a minute or two for my food. They offer outside seating as well.
Just happened to stop by this morning on Taylorsville and glad I did. Haven't had Einsteins for over 10 years and breakfast food is still great! Get the avocado tomatoe and egg white on everything bagel(for the seasoning-otherwise it will be bland) should have the egg yolk though. Staff is really nice considering I'm sure all the grumpy hungry people in the am lol. Thanks guys y'all are great!

I love this place normally but this is the second morning in a row that I have gotten the wrong item. I ordered 2 plain bagels with Strawberry spread and by the time I realize it’s plain spread I am too far to go back and fix. Pretty disappointing as I paid $8 for 2 little bagels that I end up not eating.
their listed hours say they’re open until 2pm, but turned us away because they were “closed”, and told us they didn’t have any more meat or eggs. The people directly in front of me were getting their order though? I’ve worked in food industry and I understand how annoying it is for people to come into the store minutes before closing, but that’s part of the gig unfortunately. The listed closing time is the listed closing time. 2pm isn’t a very late closing time and the employees should have integrity and actually stay open like their listed hours, or ask their employers to close earlier if they want to be lazy. It’s not like they weren’t getting any business, they just selectively served one customer and didn’t serve the next, BOTH customers were within operation hours by several minutes.

I ordered 6 bagels and 2 schmears thru DoorDash, I only received the 6 bagels. I reached out to the dasher and he said I need to contact the store, well I've called the store at least 5 times and they are not answering. So now I'm stuck paying $35 for only 6 bagels. Thanks for nothing dude from doordash and Einstein Bros.

Terrible horrible service, they have the worst customer service, They sell you a product on their app, they tell you that it will be ready in 10 to 15 minutes, they came 30 minutes later to look for it and they tell me that it is not ready and they are busy, I have to wait, after 40 minutes of waiting they give me my order and without telling you anything, I never come back, horrible service, they have nowhere to wait, they have no manners and even less are they polite.. When I left annoyed for wasting almost 2 hours of my time I see that Dani ordered me wrong, that the bagel I ordered they gave me another and I ask how can it be possible, they tell me that the one I ordered is over and They decide to give you what they want..
I normally love Einstein bagels, but this has been very disappointing a couple times in a row. The service was fine but I’ve tried every year to get pumpkin Schmeer and they don’t have it any more. Such a shame since that’s the main reason I go in the fall. And then, when I tried to get hot chocolate at this establishment, they said their machine was broken. Very disappointing. And then when I tried to sit down I realized there were no tables inside. They told me I could sit down outside. It was raining and cold and I had my baby with me. Why would there not be any tables to sit inside? That’s super disappointing. I don’t think I want to come back.
