Easy simple baking gets the result as you won't believe it that you really can bake nice stuff. Just need experience on how to do the decoration make the cake perfect. Cookies always done in good piece and delicious.

Rude. The person who accepted the phone call, very bad service. Although the stocks and products are good, but the space of improvement of customer service still can be taken some action pls

I dont have problem with the product that being sold in this shop just my 1cent. When there is heavy rain and your customer caring all the stuff they bought from your shop and holding purses AND ALSO umbrella u guys still selling plastic bag? Common sense la how ur customer going to hold all the stuff and go to car? Just give the bloody plastic bag. Don’t keep in expecting how to make money in everything . You going to bring the money to ur grave? Lame excuse by the owner saying they collection money for perbandaran? When the shop in pasar malam can give for free you just hide behind perbandaran.

Friendly staff and had many types of materials to choose. Free recipes and advise.
My favourite place to get all my baking needs. I am surprised that some say the staff were rude because I often find them to be courteous and helpful. I love that I could also get fresh eggs here. Its very neat and tidy. Very easy to find things that you need.
IMHO, the most complete baking supply centre or shop in Bukit Mertajam. The prices are reasonable. The staff is quite helpful. They even occasionally have imported ingredients in the shop. I just bought French butter from the shop. Will try baking cakes to see the difference in taste.

If I can rate 0 star I will do it.. cos the service was really bad. If I were the owner I will cry everyday. Cos you will lost the new customer & loyalty customers too.. That day me n my mum was visited this shop, mum asked 1 of the bubble tea powder, the Chinese old lady just ignore my mum, my mum thought she was not listen clearly; and asked again... She just reply in very very rude way. "No." Then walk away.... For me, I was plan to buy an accessories in the shop, unfortunately they only left the display item. So I asked is that any offer for the display item, the Malay staff answer with very rude way. " No, that's what we have here, you want you can take it. If dun wan, that's is. That's the last 1 in the shop." Omg.. that's was so rude, can't believe it. For whom knew the owner please advise he or she to train their staff in manners way when serving customer...

I was paranoid to go at first as I saw a bad review on how rude was the staffs, went in the shop anxiously, scared to be shouted at if I ask anything wrongly, especially when its 3 days away from Raya Aidilfitri. Surprisingly everyone are very helpful & friendly! I would love to go there again, things are well organised, easy for customer (especially new customer like me) to find anything. Reasonable price, good location, easy parking.

The shop assistant has a good attitude. If you can't find the material or mould, you can ask the shop assistant and they will answer if you have it.Large store with many items.
I have been coming to this shop to buy baking supplies for a while now. The young girls there are helpful and polite. I can't say the same for the elderly malay cashier. I wish i had paid more attention to her name. She's just full of attitude. When my mum entered the shop and spoke to her, she uttered a one word answer without even looking up. She was busy on her phone. That was rude. I went to look for all purpose flour, couldn't find it. Saw plain flour. Asked her if it was the same as all purpose flour. She said yeah yeah it's all the same. I then looked at the label of the flour and it said pastry flour. Told her so. She was like yeah yeah, it's all the same and just walked off. You do realize that the protein content is slightly different right and depending on what you're baking, it may not be suitable? I don't mind the answer but what's with the attitude? I spoke to her politely. I think you need to really check on how your employees treat customers. If you continue to overlook this, you are just going to lose your customers to the other two baking baking supplies shop nearby.
