The service person served food with Bere hands. Tongs not available. Did not pay attention to the customer. Talking to other people while serving. Packed items short. No idea of customer service. No training. IT IS THE TOTAL MANAGEMENT MISCONDUCT. THE OWNER IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. The food is HORRIBLE. TODAY 9th Jan 2024.

Their cheese kottu is good. Prices are budget. But service is very poor. No attention for customers. After paying we have to stand long time to give the bill to kitchen to start preparing our order. Better if they can provide a good service for customers.

There was a cheese kottu is very bad .they did not mix cheese .if mixed no any cheese flavor. When i complained ,the guy told me that is the method how they prepare cheese kottu.Actually i think that they packed normal kottu for me. After i have realized this is the one what they mentioned .
I think they dont know how to cook cheese kottu.

A budget friendly restaurant that offers takeout and dining in but it can only accommodate 5 people maximum as originally the shop opened as a takeout only restaurant. What I like most is there prices are a bargain compares to the shops around them. And you get extra quantity too. The taste of course isn't consistent. On some days it is alright but not on others. Overall recommend it.

The way clients are treated is the worst. Speaking without any respect🤮. When you come to pay for the service, it's like coming for free😂🖕🏻. This is a very bad shop for me🤢👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻.

A place with lots of food choices. Foods are more oily. But the service is very very bad. They don't give much attention to the people. The owner is also a mannerless guy who speaks up his crew in very bad words.
