wow the service is very poor you can tell no one wants to be there and it's the most offputting Dunkin I ever been to. people were getting food before me and I asked about it after waiting forever for a simple wrap and got attitude about it. it's new England though I will be happy to give my service to another coffee shop down the Street. j

The worst Dunkin I have ever been to. The girl making sandwiches was rude and ignorant and on top of all of it I didn't get half of the stuff I paid for and waited 40 mins for my order

I go to this dunkin often because it is on my way to work and I don’t want to go out of the way. Out of the many months I have been there, I have received maybe good service three times by a young man with piercings (who I haven’t seen in a long time). The staff is slow and almost always gets my order wrong. I will wait in line for 10-15 minutes when there are only two cars in front of me. I’ve gone inside before hoping it would be quicker only to be faced with a longer wait. When I get hash browns they are still partially frozen, they never toast my bagel and consistently get my drink wrong. Tonight I pulled up at 7:30 and asked for a drink. They told me they couldn’t make me one because they turned all of the machines off since they are closing at 8pm. I asked for a bagel and they also let me know that all of the ovens are shut off too. I’ve worked in fast food for years and even at a dunkin before and this was never something we were allowed to do. Ten minutes? Yes. 30?? No. I don’t know if maybe this place is understaffed, but realistically they’re only in business because they’re a chain. The employees have always been very kind to me here but they seem stressed. In conclusion- if you’re running late and want something edible, don’t come here.

If I could put zero stars, I would! This has to be the worst Dunkin ever!! I placed a mobile order for drive up. It literally took 22 minutes in line and there were only 2 cars in front of me. Maybe something happened, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Yeah right!! When I finally got to the window, I could see why everything was taking so long! There were 3 girls total working. 1 at the window and the other 2 we're screwing around inside, obviously not working. They tried to give me the wrong order, didn't have my whole order ready (which was placed about 30 minutes ago at this point) and my coffee was wrong. So my whole lunch break was wasted sitting in that short/long line!! I'm so mad because I can't even fix my coffee to try and drink it, it's that off! Never again! The tip I had waiting to give to them went straight back into my pocket! Horrible horrible horrible!!!!! Service Take out Meal type Brunch Price per person $1–10

Stopped in the morning on the way to Hasbro. The entrance is very tight with cars trying to get in/out of the lot. They have a drive thru that was crowded, but we kept moving pretty well. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

I use to come here and get a nice cup of HOT COFFEE, now it's just nasty.I bought 2 lattes and they were just cold. I mean like cold milk and coffee!!!.. I mentioned before best cup of coffee I USE TO HAVE. People standing outside loitering!. The workers outside smoking with their aprons on. The parking lot is out of control. I'm pretty sure the manager knows. This happens every day cause I ride by there everyday. Its unapproachable. I miss the old workers they had here.. Just being Honest

I asked for a vanilla chai and they gave me some disgusting beverage, then we realized the milk was ruined because it tasted funny and my husband asked for a regular cream and sugar and he got a nasty unsweeted cofee. If i got sick because of that ruined milk we are going to sue this franchise. They do NOT worry about the customer and give a good service they bust worry about money. Disgusting place!!!
