A lot of visitors say that you can have good sausages and nicely cooked hash browns here. Most guests recommend trying tasty cream donuts and perfectly cooked donut holes. Great coffee with cream is waiting for you at this restaurant. Dunkin' is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. From the guests' viewpoint, the real drawback is appalling prices. The peaceful atmosphere won't attract many people. This place hasn't received a high rating from Google users.

So this location use to be a hit or miss on it being good but has improved so much! After we ship out orders in the morning, I swing by there on most days. Josh is the man! He is welcoming, listens and you can tell he loves his job which can be hard to find these days! He usually knows my order which is usually 2 large ice coffees with a sour cream donut! I hope the Manager sees this review and pulls him aside for a job well done! Cheers! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is the first time I have been so disappointed at a Dunkin’ Donuts. The first two pictures is what the order usually looks like in the other locations, and the last two pictures is what I got from this location. I order the same meal so many times in different Dunkin’ locations, so I know what to expect. I also got chai tea, and it tasted like to milk had gone bad, and the drink was 3/4 full. This location really needs to pay attention to detail. The last two times I've been there I've had problems. I ordered a hot coffee and it was compelling cold and this time they didn't ask if I was adding to my points and she said she couldn't add my points after I handed her my credit card. I handed my phone immediately after my card, she didn't even give me a chance. As expensive as things are I try and get my points and save at least a little ( I don't go everyday). Do better DD, think I'll go to Seven Brew next time. Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I placed a door dash order and got all the wrong donuts. I custom picked the ones that my bosses and peers wanted so we could enjoy our favorite donuts for breakfast. I called and asked if they had the ones that were missing in stock and they did in fact have them. When I asked why none of those came in our two dozen donuts and were instead seemingly replaced by chocolate frosted with sprinkles (because of course my 40 year old MALE sales managers would love sprinkles for breakfast) and the manager told me it was probably my dashers fault for grabbing the wrong box. We find two things wrong with that statement—— one: why is it the dashers responsibility to open boxes / read and match receipts. Seems unsafe and counter productive. Two: the boxes were delivered to me in a bag…. I can only assume that dunkn employees are the only people who had access to dunkn bags and therefore they packed and then BAGGED the wrong order and handed it to my dasher. Then the manager on the phone had a bit of an attitude. It just seems silly that we couldn’t get GLAZED and CHOC FROSTED. the two most common donuts in America couldn’t be included in an order where we specifically requested them. Wild. My large black cold brew looked more like iced tea. At least it tasted vaguely of coffee, I guess. Staff seemed disinterested. Decided to go to Dutch Bros. instead, and will continue to do so. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I’ve been a Dunkin fan but waited sooo long for coffee and 1/2 dozen donuts. I’ve been served a full meal in less time! I asked for a small dark roast coffee and threw it out before getting in my car. It was luke warm and looked and tasted like mud, obviously left over from early morning or day before. I was late getting grandchild from school so couldn’t allow time for them to make it right. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I Love DD Today disappointed, my coffee was fine. I asked for a coffee holder for the 2 coffees, then everything was brought out after waiting. The nice guy brought me the coffee without the holder and my sausage egg and cheese wrap was over cooked, the wrap itself was over browned and crumbled. This is the only DD in the area. I wish they had listened to my request and provided a better food product. Who wants to go back to the drive thru after you are halfway home!? Please do better. Thanks. Food: 1 Service: 2

Literally 20 minutes after my mom bought this we were right back up here because it was so frozen my mom couldn’t drink it. She picked me up at my house and we went back up there and I told them at drive through I wanted to order a coffee and my mom was just here and needs a different drink and she asked us if we wanted to swap it out or a different drink so we gave our order and she was charging us for it when we got to the window but gave her our old drink and she said we can’t do that it has to be for the same price but a small iced coffee is cheaper than the frozen one so we asked what it was and another girl came up and said no we can’t do that. I said why not the drink is gross and so frozen you can’t drink from it and the girl working the window rolled her eyes after she told the other girl what was going on but they had no intentions on helping or making it right. I asked the girl what her name was because she was so rude to us but she refused to give me her name and I asked again but she replied why do you need my name and I said I need your name when I talk to your manager and she said I’m not giving you my name and I said yes you are you are so rude and this is not how you treat customers and I have been a loyal customer and spent so much money at that place. She finally told me it was Ariyah. I said thank you was that so hard to just say your name. I’m livid right now. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If I could give it a zero I would! We were the first and only car in line and one customer inside and we waited 23 minutes in line total and ended up having to pull away and leave because they still hadn’t got me my 1 drink I ordered. They looked at me multiple times through the window and never opened the window or acknowledged that I was there. I saw three different workers walk through the area in the time I sat there waiting. 100% unacceptable. Service: 1

They told us that they are only allowed to give us this amount of whip. That doesn’t even make sense every other dunkin fills it up to the top. There is no reason to be this cheap when you’re paying the full price. Why have dome lids if your not actually gonna have whip cream fill the lid
