Food quality is good overall. Service quality could be improved as some minor mistakes or other types of inconvenience could easily be corrected with training drills, increasing customer satisfaction and decreasing their wait while shopping. Service was great. I don't reccomend the blueberry crisp latte. Tasted strange to me Jelly and blueberry donuts were good. A week later: Went there at 8:20pm to get a hot chocolate. The doors were locked and the employee inside shook his head that they were closed. The hours on the door said they close at 9pm. Not the best service

This location SUCKS!! Every time I go in there, even when it isn’t busy, they make my drink after customers in line behind me. The food is stale. All I want is a plain bagel as is and it is as hard as a rock. Take your business elsewhere. It will be worth the drive. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

Waiting at the drive thru menu to order for over 5 minutes and no one answered. So we drove up to the drive thru window and the drive thru personell said they their headset isn’t on, sorry. Then we gave our order and he couldn’t comprehend our order and repeated it 4 times to him. Then another person came over and said they are really busy, that’s why the headset isn’t on. Then we were asked to pull to the side at the second window to wait for our order. Took over 25 minutes in the drive thru line for a coffee and omelet bites!! Service Take out

Even though Angel and Chris were busy scrubbing the floor and making the place look spotless before closing, they were attentive enough to know people needed their coffees. Wish I had a staff like that!!!! Thank you so much
