I went to the drive through this morning and ordered a ham and cheese croissant stuffer and an iced tea. As I was driving away I realized they had given me an egg and bacon on a croissant. Although it looked good, it was not what I ordered. I was late for work but decided to go back through the line and get what I ordered. First they told me to keep the sandwich because they couldn't take it back but would get me my croissant stuffer, then they said they wanted it back and to pull forward and they would bring out my order. I pulled ahead and as I was sitting there realized that what I paid for and what I ordered were not the same price and that I was paying at least $1.00 more for my order (I had declined the receipt so wasn't sure of the price) and should get a refund. When the young lady brought me my food I brought up the price difference to her and she said "oh no, they're about the same price." which is ridiculous. I pointed out that they should have brought up the refund as it was their mistake and why am I giving them an extra $1.00??? I know it sounds stupid but it is the principle. She said, in a very not nice tone, well you can come in and get the refund, I'm just doing what my manager told me to do. As I was late, I let it go but was so annoyed. AND my ham and cheese croissant was stone cold. Will not go there again. Food: 1 Service: 1

the coffee tasted like water with a dash of cream and the breakfast sandwiches had a bad chemical taste. this place has incredibly low standards compared to other dunkins in the area. buyer beware.

Nice sitting area..typical dunkin donuts. Espresso & coffee was fresh. We went on a quiet Saturday night around 8:30 PM and it was empty. They have a drive-thru. It was clean and welcoming.

If you are going to the restaurant in person to get your food there is little to no problem. Ordering the food offline or on a delivery app is awful. They never have the order right. You can’t call to speak to anyone. I am always having a issue ordering my food with them. Today I found on a piece of bacon I nearly ate!! I’ve been calling trying to speak to someone about the issue, get the rest of my order, or my money back. 8am in the morning trying to eat with my child before we start our day. I’m truly in disgust and unsatisfied with my breakfast order toady!

Just put a sign on it that says we work when we feel like it!!!!! Went there yesterday at 6:30pm- closed!!! Supposed to be open till 9:00pm. Went there today 6:30pm-- closed!!! Supposed to be open till 9:00pm. Looks like I'll just start going to Starbucks- last three times I went they didn't get my order right not ONCE anyways! I always tip because I order the frozen drinks and I know they are a PITA to make especially if busy!! This place is close to home and used to have awesome staff that got it right and were always open when they supposed to be open! Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They served me uncooked food, and when I went to return my food the lady repeatedly told me it was impossible because their food came pre cooked. After showing her the pictures and , my receipt for proof it happened at this location and her speaking to her general store manager I was finally issued a refund. Horrible experience will not be returning… EVER

I really wanted this to be a good experience. It was less than. I haven't been to Dunkin in over two years. My return made clear why. As has been my experience they rarely get my order correct. My coffee and breakfast sandwich is not a difficult order. It's very frustrating to pay so much to not get what you want. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Very disappointing. I placed my order at the speaker. Waited in line for 10 minutes for my order just to be told we don't except 50 dollar Bill's. I asked why not they said this is policy. I asked why it wasnt on the speaker? I would have drove off instead of wasting my time. Then when I asked who can I contact the "manager" REFUSED to provide me with information ad said, "I'm calling the cops" so I waited for them. Wasted 1 hour and 45 minutes of my life.
