The girl in this location assaulted my family member over adding more caramel into the drink. She came in got the drink and came back to request for more caramel into the drink she said I will pay extra or give it to me on the side. The lady that worked over there said “No! Get it from your mom” and my family member got angry and started arguing back. She got up from the counter and start violently hitting her and bashing her to the point of her not even being able to speak. There was another worker there and he was barely able to help her. This place deserves to be shut down. She deserves to be fired but when we called the cops not one did the manager or owner apologize for her behavior. They started laughing and saying horrible things back to. The girls mother started recording videos of me and when I started taking videos back they started to come back at me. The cops were also no help saying if a person is unconscious that is the only way the person could be arrested. Please report this place and make sure to never go here again. New to Elizabeth and this being right off 1&9 S suits me. The other location on 1&9N can't make a decent coffee to save their lives, plus they are super SLOW! I thought I might have to continue to go to the Newark DD I've frequent for years. But this one will do! The staff is professional and fast so I will come here more often.
