came into dunks at around 6:50pm to get a few drinks and there has always only been 1 worker and they always looked confused when making a coolatta they screw up my order everytime the management here is horrible!! explains why everybody quits here or gets fired feels like there is a new person everytime I come In Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The employees I’ve encountered here work really hard but they need more of them. There’s often only 1 working on the mobile and in store orders at a time and the mobile orders are done after everyone in store has been taken care of. So if you order through the app you’ll be waiting which should not be the case. They need more help! Service Take out
