Stopped by today for a coffee. It was more bitter than my local one back home, but one of the employees was nice enough to add more swirl for free. The bathrooms and seating area were nice clean & stocked well and the music wasn't too loud either. Let me preface this by saying I am an AVID dunkin donuts fan. I've been to all of the DDs in Florence and this one never fails to be the worst. This is the only one that has ever gotten my order completely wrong. And every single time I order an iced chai from here it's always mainly milk. There is hardly any chai flavor and was almost completely milk. As soon as I had a sip of it my stomach immediately felt it. I hate drinking mostly milk. Disgusting. Not to mention they messed up a frozen chocolate drink. It wasn't frozen. Like how do you mess that up? Then they literally threw my munchkins in a bag. It was pretty disgusting. They did great this morning!! I was in the drive through and even with nine cars ahead of me I got through in 10 mins!!! Amazon and fast service. They were extra busy because of the new winter drinks, but they made them perfectly and the drive through lady was the SWEETEST person. 10/10 recommend this Dunkin. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Wanted to buy coffee and donuts for my crew, Ang is they took their sweet time to get me the coffee cups, not only that but other people were getting their order except for me. Staff didn’t say hello or how we can help you , with mean face they are taking our orders. Everything looks nasty and messy from staff to floor and counter top ( staff looks not happy and nobody knows what going on . Staff who had same gloves on , walking touch everything around, counter top, card , moneys later touch/ put donuts for you in box🤮.Our cup was half empty( they said it should be like that, so instead of large sized cups you will get maybe Medium sized in the best case) and coffee was disgusting 🤢. I have been faithfully coming here for at least a couple years now. I’ve had many issues over the years, but chose to let them go and give them the benefit of the doubt. Just about every single time I go, my coffee lid either isn’t put on all the way or it leaks out of one side. Today topped the cake. Placed my order at 9:13am for pickup in drive thru. Didn’t get the food and drinks in my hand until 9:35am (I only live 2 min away). Of course, my lid was leaking again. The hash browns were cold. They had both of the donuts I ordered wrong. I have an extra star for service ONLY for the couple of coworkers that have been very pleasant when I go in and order. So many other workers don’t even make eye contact with you, don’t smile and just act like they don’t care in general. I’ve given this Dunkin so many chances and forgiven them. Too many times my service has been awful and food or coffee has been cold. I’m now done. I “might” go to the other one in the other side of town. I am a huge fan of Dunkin Donuts. I’m a Massachusetts native, where Dunkin it is a way of life. It always gets my day going. This morning, however, when my father asked for help with the kiosk, both workers did not respond, and one of them actually turned her back towards him. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and asked them again, this time a little louder and more clearly. They deliberately ignored me. I helped my father complete the order on the kiosk without any issues. My problem is the lack of respect and rudeness from those two workers at 6:15 a.m. at the West Evans location in Florence, SC. I do not care what kind of mood they were in before they started working. Once on the clock, they should replace personal issues with professionalism and be kind to all, especially the elderly.
