This is the second time I order from here through Uber eats and I have to say I'm very happy I came across this Dunkin, as a former Manager at Dunkin Donuts I can tell when the staff cares and puts effort into making the food and drinks and this place nailed it.I ordered Triple chocolate chip muffins and Mocha latte and it was perfect especially for the time I ordered which was pretty late the muffin was still soft and the drink was fresh.This will be the only Dunkin I order from. Staff here needs to make sure they don’t leave there brain at home on the dresser. It’s needed when you come to work. Instead of making what people ordered this women is making what she wants to make. An iced latte and ice coffee is not the same. Especially once you charge me for a latte and give me a iced coffee. I try not to complain, but the associate made me uncomfortable at 5:55 am. I was getting my wallet to pay and he took all of the tip change insinuating I wanted it. Not only am I always drinking Dunkin’ but why would I want to steal too money, he caught himself and tried to be nice after. It was unfortunate 😕 we live in an Society where ppl make so many assumptions. I’m right out front, as I said it really made me uncomfortable.

Unfortunately this is the nearest coffee spot in my area. The staff is not rude but the coffee and bakery is not good. The guy who was there months ago in the evenings was amazing. Now they have young kids who don’t know what they’re doing. They don’t check online orders unless you’re already there asking, so there’s no point in ordering online. I always order the same coffee here and it always tastes different. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve asked them to remake it. One time I ordered a signature latte, it had everything except the obvious (coffee!), caramel craze, whipped cream, milk, THATS IT. That being said ive never had issues with asking for a replacement or to remake the drink. They never have forks or spoons. This dunkin is rather small inside. The workers were very pleasant and even gave me options I didn't even know I could have. The best time to go is when they open up. The Donuts are always Fresh. The owner is Out going. He knows mostly all the customer that come in. If you hungry, you right next to Popeye.
