Heading to work for 2nd shift on a Saturday, get here and the person at the drive thru did not smile back at me, she took my payment, walked away and someone else handed me my drink. It was my first time going here (I had a coupon), first time trying their iced caramel latte and it was good but the service was without a smile. I got coconut milk $1 xtra & 100% worth it. We were the only in-store customers. 3 people working but no greeting. We asked for help.The store was not clean with dirty tables, very dirty floors, garbage overflowed and the top of the donut case was full of crumbs,frosting and prior dirt. Breakfast sandwich was dry and appeared microwaved and toasted. Coffee was good. Other locations are much nicer. My coffee is always good, but today the person working the window made my day!! His name was Tony. Tony was so extremely nice and friendly, and had such a good attitude. Every time I come here it’s busy as hell. The staff does a great job of dealing with that. Always friendly and efficient with what they are doing. Tony in particular is amazing. Every time I go here he is in a great mood and always respectable. He always says Hey and makes conversation with you when your food and coffee are being prepared. I’ve never had a problem coming here. The only place I have a problem is Starbucks. Ps Tony if you want to go muddin let me know 😂. Man at the drive through window was super nice. However my carmel cappuccino came only half filled and after a few sips there definitely isn't carmel in it either. Just frustrating paying so much for coffee and can't even get a full cup. This also isn't the first time this has happened either, very disappointed to see things haven't changed. My family goes to Dunkin almost every morning and Tony makes our morning every time we go! He has such a positive attitude and knows our order at this point lol! He even remembers things that we tell him for example that we had our daughters baptism and he asked how it was later when we saw him. I encourage other people I know to go to this Dunkin location just because of him and how kind he is. He deserves some sort of recognition!!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
