Dear Mr B. I thank God for you. All I can say is thank you. He was so gracious, and the managers looked out for me as I counted out change for gas. Mr B thank you for helping me get enough gas to get home. Plus they donated a cup of coffee and a donut while I was counting out my change. I kept apologizing because I was embarrassed after being let go from my job. The change was from my tips accumulated over the last few weeks. They were very patient as I counted it out, they even helped. Thank you all, you blessed my whole soul tonight. Thank you Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The lady is the most rudest Dunkin worker I have ever come across. She literally makes my coffee wrong every morning. You ask her to fix it she gets nasty and gives attitude.Worst service EVER! I swear she needs to be fired! The men in the store are much nicer and polite! That old lady needs to go!

I understand that during rush hour it can be a bit hectic, but its pretty chaotic once it starts here. Customers are experiencing lengthy waits (wasn't just me), staff yelling at customers. Just all around terrible customer service. One woman had been waiting at the gas station portion of the store (that the DD employees were also in charge of) for 15 minutes after being told by the staff to wait until she is served. Once they could finally get to her, they told her that the register is closed! And don't get me started on mobile orders. If you like placing mobile orders on the DD app, expect to be waiting an extra 5-10 minutes on arrival even if you set the order 15-20 minutes ahead of time. Maybe this place just needs more employees and the current ones are overworked, but for now I can't give them a good rating.

I was completely ignored when I walked in at 5:20 am. I then asked if this woman was going to take my order and she just rattled off a very dismissive statement. I stood there for ten minutes with no one else in the store and finally left. I will never return. Rude, dismissive, nasty worker.

In the lobby of a gas station, this Dunkin offers quick service while you fill your tank! The owners and staff are friendly, fast, and produce quality coffee products. This is my go-to DD location, and I find the taste of the products is superior here. While there is little standing room in the narrow lobby, you are in and out so quickly that it never gets too crowded. On-the-go orders are always ready when I arrive. Highly recommend this location.
