So I pulled up to the drive-through at 12: 25. There is one car in front of me, and one car behind me. It’s one single lane, so you can’t back out or go around them. The guy is not even talking on the intercom. After waiting in line for 10 minutes. I’m told that the food station is down. Then halfway another five minutes for the one car in front of me to get their drink. Extremely poor and slow service. They need to do a better job in communicating And moving customers along Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Last Sunday ( a cold, rainy day )we took 2 of our grandchildren here for a quick brunch/treat of Duncan's wonderful breakfast sandwiches and donuts. The doors were locked and only the drive-through was open. We were disappointed. Also it was difficult to communicate with whoever was working there through the intercom, so we just ordered something to eat and not drinks. I needed help with the rewards app before I paid but because I had already ordered she wouldn't help and there was no way to add the rewards after we ordered. Not a pleasant experience. I ordered they Uber Eats and the driver was fantastic! But Dunkin Donuts put my 6-pack of Donuts together and actually PUT FROSTED DONUTS ON TOP OF EACH OTHER IN A SMALL BOX!!! they are FROSTED donuts so obviously, the ones underneath are going to be ruined! This us INCREDIBLY POOR QUALITY did service! I want my money back!!! And when I tried to call about it, they seriously just kept hanging up on me without picking up the phone! How INCREDIBLY RUDE!!! I will never be going to this Dunkin’ Donuts ever ever ever again!!! And I’m going to be calling corporate immediately to complain! I mean who actually DOES this with frosted donuts?!?! And then refuses to answer the phone? I am absolutely disgusted with their service! Service Delivery Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

I love this Dunkin! I work right down the road and I can put my order in when inevitably hit the light at the connector and folly and it’s ready by the time I pull in. Consistently terrible service here. 4+ years of regretfully coming here since there are no other Dunkins nearby. The employees they hire should not be dealing with the public as they seem to have insufficient training and embarrassingly poor communication skills.

Well today- I decided to try again. Lobby STILL closed. I asked for a bagel DOUBLE TOASTED. When I got back home I thought it was odd that it was cold. They NEVER TOASTED AT ALL!! Got 2 coffees Saturday morning. Ordered....Both Light, 1 with 1 Splenda and the other with SF Vanilla. Drive down the road to surprise my daughter (who already wasn’t happy it was Dunkin- cause they never have gotten an order right), I take a sip of mine....whoa...really sweet. Taste hers..plain, no sugar. So neither were light and one coffee had everything in it. I ordered to a location in Goose Creek by mistake. the staff and manager were so helpful and made me my order at Folly. the drinks tasted perfect and they made me two bagel sandwiches since they didn't have croissants. thankful to the ladies that worked there August 12th. 💟 Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I love Dunkin’, but I truly hope management recognizes how long it takes for the drive thru line. Guests get out of line and leave because it takes at least 45 mins to wait to place an order. I hope change is made to create a more efficient process so Dunkin’ doesn’t continue to lose customers at this location because Dunkin’ is fabulous! Service: 1
Out of the blue I decided to visit this location to get my Sunday off with a nice boost. I placed an order online and got there a few minutes later. The drive thru was backed up all the way to Folly Rd making it dangerous to access. I parked and tried to access the restaurant but the doors were locked. No wonder the drive thru was backed up. Shortly after I arrived a 2 people pulled up with one accessing the restaurant and the other going to car to car to advise the place was closed. Understandable that someone might have had a fun Saturday evening or any other reason that may be. Here's the issue. The app let me order from a store that wasn't in service. They took my money and didn't reconcile anything. Seems like if they didn't make the order and the store was closed, it would be an automatic refund. Nope... I submitted a case which took a few days for a response. I just got off the phone with an "English is my second language" customer care representative who advised that my case is escalated and that I will be refunded in 10-14 business days. I let him know that they took my money really darn fast... Doubtful I'll ever visit a Dunkins.... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do not recommend wasting your time here. Even if the food is ok its not worth it. My husband and I went through the drive thru to get food and somehow the customer service rep started arguing with us about our order. Then she made comments and ended up burning our food. Not worth what we paid for. They were beyond rude and the manager was outside changing the sign at the drive thru when this happened and said nothing. The bagel pictures I posted was the the one that was less burnt the other one we got was completely black.
