The employees of this location really make it one of the best around! They are always so kind, and so amazing to their customers. It makes my mornings on my way to work much more enjoyable.

I have no patience for locations that don’t put cream cheese on the bagel and who discontinue staple menu items like corn muffins, like this location and have irritable employees to boot. I settled for a coffee cake and right before I pulled up to the window I decided not to take the coffee cake because it’s for my dad who is 80 and I wanted to get him what he wanted and there’s another Dunkin across the street. I tell the employee right away before I put my hands on any bags so as not to make the muffin . The person huffed and said in annoyed tone of voice and said “well I’ll have to get my manager to void it!” It’s not my problem if it’s a hassle to void, I didn’t set up the void protocol. And it turns out the one across the street has discontinued corn muffins too. You’re better off going to any of the ones on Rt 38 &129 in Wilmington, I drive by and go to them all the time, never had a bad experience
The worst dunkins iv been to. three orders in a month wrong. Went back today because they gave me ice coffee instead of ice tea. Told them they needed to fix it. Kid behind counter ask me if I was asking or telling him. When i told him to fix it pretty much told me stick it manage came over and told me to leave the store. The worst crew i have ever witnessed. If the owner doesnt do something with teach the crew how to deal with costumers there will be a problem at some point
The drive thru was insanely slow, my small coconut ice coffee with cream and liquid sugar was terrible. It was just cream only, I had no choice but to turn around and go inside just to wait some more obnoxious time. It was learned that the liquid sugar container was empty and whom ever made my drink was just going to pass it off rather then replace the container! lol. All the while there are at least two other employees there going in and out the bathroom. Not assisting for what ever reason with the obvious AM rush. Having been a previous employee of Dunkin Donuts I have a higher standard and shame on the staff there it was evident someone was more concerned with ending her shift then to help the team, aside from the redhead (I think?) That was running the counter. Even in the obvious fluster and my apparent frustration she remained composed and polite and made a great replacement coffee' I couldn't even believe the girl in the window or the girl that was clearly annoyed on the mic. Dunkins for years now, really needs step up their game on who they hire to represent them.
They took forever to serve me, I ordered steak and cheese roll up, I got a cold, unrolled tortilla with a sausage crumbled up. Legit three it away when I checked it, I didnt go back because I'd probably waste another 20 mins in the line for nothing, worst dunking I've been too. The staff were very unprofessional, definitely avoid this place.
Was in the Drive thru this morning to buy 2 cheese wraps for $2, and for 1 dollar more I requested one with bacon, the other with ham for my wife.
As the server handed the order to me, I verbally confirmed the order with him, as we had problems in the past. After driving off for a mile, we noticed both were missing any meat, so I returned to complain to the woman manager. She seemed very annoyed with me, quickly remade the order and tossed the bag at me while continuing to walk away. She mumbled something quickly, and I asked why she was treating me so rudely!!??
She became very defensive, and other co-workers started jumping in, insulting and trash talking me. Very nice touch Dunkin!!! 🤔, I inquired at this point of who the franchise owner was to file a complaint, but they refused to give to me. The management at this location has no concept of what a customer is, nor how to treat. I will be filing formal complaints through Dublin Donuts Corporation. Have never been treated so horribly in all my life. Avoid this place like the plague.
They will hire you and then fire you all in three days before you get to work. And watch out for Louie because he'll make a false claim that you're harassing him. While the whole time he thought it was me that ruined his relationship with Melissa, when he was the reason that it ended. And that's why the claim was put out there. It was all behind a woman. I never harassed that man when we both looked at the little house and that Saturday or Sunday before he made the complaint or while he made the complaint he gave me two cigarettes
Deathly slow at 7:30am... 6 employees.. ALL working steady focus on the drive thru.. 5 people inside in line and kept coming in and accumulating. Cashier who I assume was doing mobile orders finally said: " can someone help the front?!" After another employee had alrdy come from out back.
