My orders are usually correct, but expect to wait if you placed an online order. They simply do not acknowledge you and pile up orders behind the counter. You have to assert yourself to get your order. I don't like doing that, but it was a bit ridiculous. This has happened multiple times now, with a variety of staff. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Ok. This location isn’t actually that bad. The one guy who was working there was chill. Yes, it is dirty, but inside there is a sign that states they are understaffed and since they are understaffed that’s why it may take a bit for a sandwich or something else to be prepared or that there aren’t doughnuts available right away. It’s really sad. Even though Dunkin Donuts is a big chain these locations should be considered as other local businesses. If you want these places to get better you’ll have to support them more often.

By far worse experience i’ve had. Will be taking this with corporate after i leave this review. I live around the corner and i came a total of 3 times first 2 i let it slide but 3 times the same stuff keeps happening it’s definitely no excuse. ordered my food and drink & didnt get my until 43 minutes ago swear. wasn’t rush hour either, the young lady making everyone’s food was taking 10 minutes per sandwich kid you not. if the food business isn’t for you then it’s best you get out and find a new place of employment. Totally unprofessional & disgusting. All that waiting and my 1 singular sandwich was still made wrong and hash browns were undercooked?? not worth coming here. will travel a little bit further to another dunkin. don’t come here unless you want to wait an hour for your food and drink. The service and employees were patient and helpful. Gave their input on certain options and helped you to choose the bets choice. Environment was clean and the time it took to order and then get your food was a reasonable time. The only thing I could say slightly bad would be that the bathroom is always closed or out of service. The food, service and employees were very good.

We stop at this Dunkin almost every morning today my sister went to the door then was let inside by a man then later I inquired that she was told after being Inside the store a female employee told her to either A) Leave or B) go into the drive through. This was extremely rude and disrespectful especially since she was let in and waited for over 10 minutes, but not allowed to order.

Horrible customer service . Around 9 am I ordered 2 small hot coffee with caramel swirl and cream. I even tipped the cashier. I asked them if I could use the washroom , they start gossiping about me . After testing the coffee , I wanted one more pump of caremel swirl to one middle age Bengali lady.. Her behavior was very rude. She didn’t give me anything and said I’ve to pay 40 cents extra . She was very rude . I would not recommend anyone to go there.

How can you go wrong with a Dunkin’ in a gas station that has slot machines “for entertainment purposes only”? The coffee was nice and fresh and the donuts looked likewise. I ordered on the go and it was waiting for me when I got in there. All you can ask for. Make sure you try their rotating offerings on the special brews. Right now I believe its Guatemalan. Bold, rich, and fresh

This is one of the worst dunking donuts next to the one in West Philly. They are super slow and blame it on staffing even though there are often four behind the counter. Don't go here if you have some place to be. On the plus side they are not rude.
