the coffee always tastes so bad. for bitter coffee drinkers it’s probably decent but if you like it sweet don’t go cause they ignore sugar in the drinks Food: 1

Coffee was fine but can we please stop putting donuts in bags for Christ's sakes. Glad I got "vanilla" donuts for the frosting to just stick to the bag. Waste of money. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

I went through the drive thru. They didn't put the lid on my coffee so scalding hot coffee spilled down my hand when it was handed off to me. After the third time being there and them not getting anything right and burning me, Never again. 5 years later I did it again. And I asked for a black coffee so when I get it with cream and sweetener I know you can't do anything right.
Don't order ahead on a Saturday. They leave your order until all of the walk ins are helped. Or you have to complain to get your order. I placed my order at 9:35 am. I didn't receive my order until 9:50 and the food was done earlier and cold by the time they made the coffee and handed me my order. Poor organization. During the week they are faster. Orders are very often incorrect, and service is slow even when no customers are waiting..... Just this morning I received Bacon instead of Sausage on a Plain Instead of Everything Bagel! Usually staff has a bit of an attitude, and often just facial expression as if they're annoyed. Usually Coffee isn't available until close to 4:30am, and bagels are often stale as if from the day before..... There is A LOT of room for improvement at this location.... Multiple High Reviews speak that they've been coming here for years; however this location is only a couple years old!
I am highly disappointed in the "service" I received on 10/10/22. I waited in line for 3-5 minutes with no one wanting to take my order. There was no other person there to order either. There were 3 workers just there talking and could care less about me being there. After my husband spoke up and said "can someone take my wife's order" then a woman walks to the register(not even in uniform). I asked for a medium frozen coffee and she proceeds to ask me iced or hot and I repeated myself and she said I'm offering iced and hot because our machine is broken. I told her that nevermind and I wouldn't like to order anything. I walk away and she proceeds to leave and 2 male workers stood behind the counter and started laughing at me and making jokes about the whole coffee confusion with the woman who just left which confused me. The whole experience was just awful. I live down the road but I will travel a little further to the DD on drauden and Theodore instead. They at least treat customers nicely. Conducted a delivery to this location. Manager and staff were not only lazy in wanting to put away there merchandise upon delivery, but rude as hell and trying to complain about my job in which had no relevancy to the delivery. SMH I can cope with many complaints on this location. I’ve delivered to other places and never this rude or lazy. I conduct my job as instructed by my company. Clearly they should be focused on helping customers but should seek new employmees for this location.
Love the coffee, but the microwaving of the two muffins was lame. By the time I got to work, the muffins cooled and were rock hard ! 😞 they also seem to serve the drive thru a lot faster than walk in customers. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Overcharged during Friday morning rush. We were in drive thru and didn't realize until after we were thru. It was incredibly busy and and of course they didn't give us a receipt so we were SOL this time. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20

Ordered like, 4 donuts in the drive through. After ordering I asked the girl “hey is it cool if you put those in a box instead of bags?” And she LEGIT sighed over the headset and said “uh how about you ask that FIRST next time.” I used to work drive through so I know people can be frustrating, but even if that’s the case you CANT show frustration to the customer unless the customer is being ABSOLUTELY unreasonable. Sure I could have asked for a box in the beginning but I didn’t even think about it until the end. They really need to try harder with customer service at this location. The older gentleman is fantastic and if I could rate JUST HIM I’d give the guy 10 outta 5 stars.
